Sir my father had gone through physical abuse from his trucking company owner and now he has applied for open work permit mentioning the abuse he faced and now its been almost a month.. But there is still no response.. Moreover with documents an affidavit of an employee was also attached who was eye witness which is a strong proof.. How much more time is it gonna take?

Ssa g :changes are expected in the Jan 2023 . Spouse and working age children of all skills level( noc 0a,b,c ) will start qualifying soon .
