My heart swells with various emotions, but my mind races with fewer thoughts. Where will I be tomorrow? What should I do today? How can I best honor those who have come and gone before me and how to best bless those who have and will come after? In part, I must give respects to Nujabes. My heart aches when I hear this song because he is gone, but not truly gone. He left his mark on countless people of various walks, myself included, and I think that if I remember the impact he's left on my life, I can emulate the strength it gave me and pass it on to others so that they might do the same. Bless all of you, and may the joy of serenity find its way into your lives one way or another.
This gives a lot of John Coltrane vibes to me, specifically his version of "My Favorite Things." In no way am I accusing this song of copying anything; I'm praising it. Comparing this to Coltrane, well... Coltrane was a genius in his time. Brilliant sax player. But, then again, R.I.P Nujabes. You left us too soon.
