Great video analysis. It help me a lot to understand many of my mistakes. Apart from not staying low, what a coach told me and i see that you do also, is that you go up fast instead of going forward. At your swing extend your hands as much as possible, like trying to throw your body. Please do the same for the forehand, voley, overhead, slice, drop shot
good looking backhand! it helped me a lot practicing a left handed forehand in front of the wall, hitting the ball with a straight left arm. then two handed, straight right arm on the take back, straight left arm at contact, then return to left handed forehand and so on...
That's a good improvement on your backhand! I was going to mention some things but you improved this things already. As for things I keep doing even though I know about it, I keep lifting my off hand right around contact on my forehand instead of keeping it stable.
I am not sure if said that. I try to let the racket drp with my wrist and use my forward momentum to make the racket lag kind of naturally. Maybe you find a video here on youtube where this will be explained more closely! Thanks for the compliment :)
What is a part of your game you want to improve?

Gee, I still don't understand how you're using your hip to get the lag. Could you please explain this again? great backhand btw!
