Hi Peren Family-a humble advice. Stop listening to people going on about, telling you to buy another piece of land immediately. Please don’t rush so you end up making the same mistakes again.
Ehsaan if you’re reading this-make your family to follow this approach instead:
1. Ask a relative for temporary shelter and leave your women and kids there for a week or two-it’s important that they are taken out of this rubble as it’s a matter of health and safety for them! Especially Ava and Mohammed who have compromised immune systems. Do this PRONTO!
2. With the kids and women out of the way, sell the goats and sheep. You can’t take care of them right now, so sell them to someone who can. And also salvage as much material from the rubble-use it where you can and sell the rest!
3. While at the relatives' place, find temporary accommodation, like a rental property in town, for a few months.
4. While staying at the rental, search for land in a proper residential area that isn’t contested or litigated and has easy access to water, sewage, electricity, etc.
5. Once you legally acquire the land, get the necessary permissions to build-such as the number of rooms and fixtures.
6. Hire a professional construction planner to help you design the build. Avoid making the same mistakes as before. Plan thoroughly and draw everything out before starting construction.
7. With a clear plan, hire skilled professionals to handle the construction. Don’t rely on makeshift solutions. **LEAVE THE WOMEN OUT OF THE CONSTRUCTION WORK-THEY’VE ENDURED ENOUGH AND NEED TO CARE FOR THE KIDS, ESPECIALLY THE DISABLED ONES.** Don’t repeat the mistakes of Tahmourth; plan and execute properly this time.
8. Don’t build everything at once. Focus on essential rooms first and expand slowly if needed. Leave additional features like gazebos and storage for later.
9. Once everything is settled, consider acquiring livestock like goats and sheep. Keep this as a last priority.

They can own the land they are on, they just cannot legally build on it. This land is zoned agricultural land for crops and raising animals. No building is allowed, this is why the government comes and knocks the building down.

You should be organizing all your properties to be ready to move . It will make it much easier and maybe you can sell things to help pay for your new place. It is always so hard to start over. I had to move a couple of years due to my father’s job. It is hard to move and start over and I fully understand, I had to do it for 18 years!😢

This land is legal to own, it is zoned for only agricultural purposes. Crops and/or animals but no buildings to be built. This is why the government comes and destroys the buildings.

Возьмите ваш Иранский закон и по читайте , там всё написано , что законно и что не законно . Когда купите участок земли обязательно оформите на себя земельный участок . И официально документально с подписью и печатью местных властей возьмите разрешение на строительство дома на данном участке земли . И только после этого начинайте строить дом .

Я правильно понимаю, что между документом- разрешением на проживание и документом на право собственности большая разница: разрешение не гарантирует сохранность жилья, а лицензия на землю гарантирует сохранность 🏡 ? Где бы ни строили себе жилье кочевники, власти все разрушат, и это может повторяться бесконечно, поэтому , в конце концов, все приходят к одному: покупка земли. А вот здесь и начинаются настоящие мытарства у Peren и им подобных. Будем молиться, чтоб им повезло, 🙏🙏🙏, а то, что они отстроятся еще лучше, не сомневаюсь.💪🤝✊🙋🌷🇺🇦
