Awesome video man. For the GHL section area, is the client logging in to the lead connector app to text the lead? Cause I noticed you txt the client the lead # but the the convos between client + lead are inside GHL
Yes, we onboard them to GHL & lead connector.
The client get's a text to remind them speed to lead.
They then go on GHL and text back or call.

can you just do call us now at the end of the form, and for the people that don't call you have an automated text message feature, This way you could skip the landing page

They get to choose on the LP text or call, I saw that call now didn’t work as good.
This is amazing. With this service, what’s your client retention/churn rate? Like how long are you keeping the average client with this service/pricing? Also do you tell the clients that your CRM is GHL or do you tell them it’s your own custom system?
I tell them it’s ghl no need to lie, also we are retaining pretty good, currently to early to tell you exact numbers.

Why don t you let the leads to book in the free quote and after that sending it to your client to call them ?

I charge them for our service we do, you can charge people without setting them the appointments.

Normally I see SMMA owners reach out to the leads themselves. Does it affect the service delivery results if your client follows up with the leads instead of you?
So yes I don’t currently do this, it does slightly affect the outcome but I prefer this way for now, I’m thinking of changing it
