This is great and original content.. Thanks for this. Quick question here - When we did the date function, I want to understand the motive behind using the min functions.
How much time did it took you to attain this level of smoothness while operating tableau??? can u suggest some tricks on how to think, how to approach the questions etc etc kindly reply
I have been studying tableau for a semester. I found I am not able to do or even don’t get the question for those you taught today. Omg. I also learned a lot of Udemy course that prepare me for Data Analyst certificate. My exam date is 9 Jan. I wanna cry. How am I gonna prepare and get myself ready? 😂
Bhai you look pro, can u make a video on frequently used operators and what they do. For ex: parameter is used to see the data based on the input digit that we provide...Try to make a video on such opeartors. atleast 10-15 operators. basically a walk us through the tableau. This kind of video does not exist and it will also give your youtube channel a boost
In one of my interview they asked color measure values and also give color to single measure in respective to rank of that measure like 20% , 30% and 50%, I followed you so I answered the 1st part but 2nd one I couldn't
Rolling 12 months scenario - Without using Min function also, we will get the same result, is there any compulsary to use MIN() in this calculation. Please suggest
For Rolling 12 Months After creating Select month Parameter, Create one Calculated filed "Start Date" [Order Date]>= DATEADD('month',-11, [Select Month]) and [Order Date]
Good evening sir I just try Rolling 12 Months using this calculation DATEDIFF('month',[Order Date],[Select Mon])=0 instead of your calculation which is used in the video this is also giving same result so i just want to confirm that can we use this formula for Rolling 12 Months ?

Great explanation. Quick observation in Senario3 ... you could've used Measure Names to color the Measures
Yes that is also a good approach
We can create a calculated field and parameter of choice to give colors
