Om shanti. Thanks for this beautiful video. I have a question to ask. Right now I'm trying to work on improving myself and changing my sanskars. I've been a very hard working and sincere person since my childhood and results have not always been that favorable, so overtime I feel I've gotten disheartened with the fact that things aren't working out. I try my best to keep a positive mind but isn't always possible to do so. External factors have impacted me big time so I try to keep myself in check. Lately, I've started feeling really low on energy and enthusiasm to get things done which is affecting pretty much every aspect of my life. Even after realizing it and trying to make deliberate efforts to change it I'm not able to be consistent. This is causing a major hurdle in me to cope with situations. Please let me know if there's anything I can do differently to help myself? Please help🙏
