Actually no. Theoretically it can hit every spin on account of the RNG. However there is the RTP set by the manufacture and the casino can order whatever RTP they want. You can have 3 same machines with different Steps. You just have to figure out which one has the higher. Now if you play Carribean Stud Poker your odds of hitting a royal flush are 1 in 350k hands.
Thanks! And it really depends on the game. A good example is this game, Top Dollar: if you don't play the max, you don't qualify for the bonus, so there's no sense in playing the game like that when you could play a straight Double Diamond game instead. The key thing to look for would be if max offers something better than non-max does, as is the case here. If it does not, then the higher denom may be the better way to go. Hope that helps!
I hit those 3 triple diamonds on the exact machine ($5 max bet) and then hit 2 triple diamonds and a Red 7 two spins later ($10 Max bet), same machine but at different Casino, I was shocked to hit it back 2 back
You never break the rules? Best rule for any Casino: Use the "Three Foot" system". Stay away from all slots and table games at least three feet! Yeahboeee!
At 3:02 after taking the next offer with 40 credits, you mentioned something about not usually breaking the rules. Not sure "what" rules you were referring to though.
@@metalboy8822 Ah, gotcha! So the deal is, the machine makes a recommendation with regard to accepting or rejecting an offer, and I would be "breaking the rules" if I went against the machine's advice, which would be against the best way to play the game.
@@Thebigpayback From other videos with this game there seems to be three (3rd as the final offer) and the gamble is, which of the three in random order would be the highest number.
@@metalboy8822 Actually you get three offers and then if you don't accept the 3rd offer, the 4th offer is your final offer. Gambling would technically be not following the advice of the machine on whether to accept or reject the offer as you're going against the odds. Still, it could work out! Thanks for watching and commenting!
Well, it wasn't 10K but it was okay. And if you can't hit "the big payback" yourself, it's nice that your friends can. Third times a charm - two wins down, one to go. The next one's yours.
lol, wow- sometimes certain casinos are caught in a time warp. And even so, it's not like they can MAKE you do it. YOU MUST PLAY! Yeah, it's ridiculous...
You know, it's funny you say that: it's been a LONG time since I've been asked to do that, actually, although in the past it was just something that was asked of you to do!
Well, on the website I'll go into this more, but it does depend on what type of slots you're dealing with. For example, typical "Vegas-Style" slots have no memory, but over time, they will payout their theoretical payout percentage. In the short run, anything can happen.
Machines don't have memory: just because it did has no bearing as to whether or not it will do it again as the odds are the same. I've hit back-to-back Jackpots a few times in my life! Thanks so watching and commenting!
Incorrect, they do not need to. As a matter of fact, many still want you to "spin off" the jackpot, as they feel people won't want to play a game that's just hit!
i will agree with the baiting but no casino goes and intentionally turns a machine to a jackpot hit, the jackpot was hit and payed 2500, you can see that payout on the left before he spins, all casino's i know of are open 24hrs and always have people in them, there is no time to set up false jackpot screens.
they have to post what they are paying back to customers.in state of ohio its 85 percent min.but lottery commission doesn't say that there even has to be jackpots.if they pay smaller winners most people will put it back in.bull shit.they should have to make all results public.
too bad there wasn't something really good within a few spins of that 3 diamond hit, a lot of times there can be but these top dollar games are really volatile....
The final payout was $200 and I will try and remember for the future, thanks for the feedback! I know I do on the Jackpot amounts, but good point. And thank you for watching!
I actually take a different view: over the long term I really can't imagine that regulators would allow them to not be at least the mathematically correct choice: which is not to say going against the advice can't work in your favor at times though!
Funny.....difference of opinion but you are right about the regulators....when I take their advice in 9 out of 10 tries, the take offer has always been less that I was already offered.
It's annoying when there is too much talking going on when you play on the machine, his about being quiet and enjoy the game will be great fun tho, don't take me wrong sure I like watching but not too much talking going on. Queensland.
Thanks for the feedback! Since I started posting videos, my style had certainly evolved and of course from day to day, depending on how I feel or what I drank, I may talk a little more or little less these days. That said, I generally agree with you: I prefer to "let the games speak for themselves" and have my personality always be secondary, at least with my newer videos. Thanks for watching!
You never play a slot machine after a huge jackpot. It’s got to take money in sometime and it sure isn’t as hell going to hit the highest jackpot right after it already hit.
TheBigPayback - Slot Machine Videos According to that one guy. One thing I disagree with is the notion that spots are random, like a roulette wheel. That is not true. It’s probably of hitting is dependent on past events more akin to blackjack. Considering that slots have payout percentages that even out over time, that has to be true. I worked at a casino for 3 years when I worked as an undergrad. The top tier jackpot like 3 Double Diamonds might hit 4-6 times per year in the high limit room. The odds of it hitting two times in two days are astronomically low and if it did, I cam almost guarantee it would’ve done something similar before and been pulled. A friend of mine was a slot manager at a different casino and they had a $1 machine hit four $10,000 jackpots over 3 months and the casino had the machine pulled.
Well, that one guy is me... :) Although any other industry expert will tell you the same thing, such as Michael Shackleford. We can agree to disagree though, that the outcome of any slot spin is based on its past outcome: it's just not as a slot doesn't have "memory". I've hit Jackpots back-to-back before, although have even found machines that were "loose" over the years where they were eventually pulled or adjusted as mistakes DO happen when they were setup. In the short term, any spin has the same odds of any other spin to get something good. In the long term, the hold percentage of the slot will rule. Good luck out there!
TheBigPayback - Slot Machine Videos I’m not saying back to back “jackpots” don’t happen. They happen all the time. A jackpot is anything that totals 1200. On a 5 dollar machine, that’s two triple bars and a double with 3 credits. When I say jackpots, I’m referring to *THE* jackpot. I feel confident in saying you’ve never hit back to back double diamonds. If you did, you did the slots equivalent to hitting the Wheel of Fortune progressive. If a machine has just paid out 2500 credits, the law of averages say that a machine programmed to pay out a predetermined percentage is less likely to have a large payout after such a huge win. An RNG is not truly random if the RNG is programmed to hit more often than other machines and it’s not truly random if the RNG hits based on what has happened the previous week/month.
We'll need to "agree to disagree" and that's ok: the main myth that I'm trying to dispel here is that the odds of winning a jackpot, even THE TOP JACKPOT, on any particular singular spin is the same. WizardofOddsDOTcom is a great reference from an industry leader if you'd like to research the topic further. Thanks for the conversation and have a good one!
Definitely an awesome looking win. This game has been a tough one for me to crack. Glad to see it gave you some Cash!
It's not Grambling if you don't take any risks ❤
I've heard that once the slot hits 3 triples it would take another half a million spins before hitting 3 triples again. 😁🤣😊
Well you have the same odds hitting 3 triples on any one spin, regardless of when it last hit. But yeah, it's hard to do for sure!
Actually no. Theoretically it can hit every spin on account of the RNG. However there is the RTP set by the manufacture and the casino can order whatever RTP they want. Hello TBP, enjoyed the final offer pick by you. Glad you went for it. Nice hit and you walked away a Winner. JR 🍺
Yeah, at least I didn't get what we all expected for the final offer! Thanks and I was happy to!
NIce job. I was wondering if I should play $5 machine $10 max bet or a single credit at $10 machine. Thank you.
Thanks! And it really depends on the game. I've won on this machine twice 25000...1 year apart now it's shut down do to social distancing in the casino....ugh!!!

A for effort but pretty cool to see the triple does line up! 🍀
Indeed!
My local has a progressive blazing 7s machine where the progressive is only 300$ and they make you spin that off

I've never been asked to spin again....after resetting they just say there ya go if you want to continue we'll be back with your payout

the payout percentage is still the same weather jackpot is posted or not
Indeed it is! Thanks for watching!
I would go crazy if I win 2,500 X $5 bills🎰
I know, would have been great if it was me!
Nice play going against the game! Nice win!
Thanks, I tried!
keep in mind payout percentage is based on life of machine and slots are controlled on how much they win vrs.how much they profit.
Well, on the website I'll go into this more, but it does depend on what type of slots you're dealing with. For example, typical "Vegas-Style" slots have no memory, but over time, they will payout their theoretical payout percentage. In the short run, anything can happen.

No there is a RNG (Random Number Generator). It's based on real luck. There's probably over 1 million different random numbers.
Thats what happens when you play a slot someone just won on and didn't play it off.
It doesn't really though: these slots don't have a memory and I could have just as easily won a Jackpot.
right place right time
Pretty much!
Why play that machine when it paid out a jackpot?

most casino's roll them big hits off after they hand pay. I am surprised that was still on there.
Yeah, that used to be the trend, although it doesn't seem to be so much these days. And it got me to play it, hah!
