Another excellent video that has given me an idea for a project where i set up postal contacts list as an SQL database and then using Power Automate for Desktop can extract the data for example addresses for christmass cards write these to an excel sheet then automate my Dymo label printer software to load a label template and the excel data to print out the labels to attach to my christmas cards to post. For those that run a club etc. could use in a similar way. Thanks again 👍
Thanks a bunch the the kind words, Shaun. Please let me know, what you'll build in the coming ❤️😊 Best regards, Anders Ps. Impressive Power Automate journey you're on!
Can you pls give us a comparison vedio between uipath vs PAD vs A360 ? I would love to have that? Also I'm curious to know about career and scope in RPA developer

Hello Mr Jensen, Thank you so much for the video but i am still confused. Can you please assist with a flow that loads csv files from a folder into a sql table? where the file already exist in the sql table, skip else create records in the sql I am able to successfully load 1 file but cannot iterate through several because it will not let me link the columns through indexing

Is there any way to connect to oracle data base without the connector given in cloud flow like can we connect to oracle db from desktop flow if yes how ?
Is it possible to create an automation cloud flow in power automate to copy data from table A to table B in SQL server? Reason being, going from a Microsoft form to SQL creates it’s own ID’s. But I want to coincide with data entries already in table B and set the ID field to identity key field.

Though I am comfortable with SQL, I hope we get a GUI wizard where we can filter datatable easily in the future. Something like Uipath. These SQL syntax tend to scare business people 😅
I agree. It would also make my life easier 😄 Today I had a meeting with the product team from Power Automate Desktop. I'm under a strick NDA, but I can gurantee that big news are coming (and it's non GPT). See you soon, Md 🙌
Thanks for all your likes and support 🙌🔥
Remember to watch the previous lesson: How to set up a SQL database: th-cam.com/video/GiqqopBSoHw/w-d-xo.html
I've been looking something like this where Power Automate connects to a database; and I'm really impressed with this video.
Thank you.
Looks like Power Automate is playing matchmaker between databases and users 😀 Kind regards, Anders
Well explained with simple inputs, Thanks a lot. Your video is very relevant to beginners. Your presentation is SUPERB!!!
Hey rajvarad, many thanks for the nice comment 😊👍 Kind regards, Anders
In the real world though I would never use Power Automate….this is 100% job for SSIS

If you can access it through an API call, yes 🙂
