Because for some reason humans have conditioned the selves from trusting machines or humans don’t want to relquish control I now believe that humans get off on the idea of being in control and I believe that will be humans downfall
I like this concept but I dont' think it suits cities with hot climate. But, cities in say Canada or Alaska could be overnight transformed into oases with perfect weather year-round just like those biomes in Cornwall.

Rather than use cranes or blimps, why don't they design robots that crawl up the side and place these panels in place 24/7 with little human help.
