How long after cast removal can you mobilize wrist joint with distal radial fracture?

Imediatly if you adhere to pain free limits (MWM PRINCIPLES), tenderness is OK. would actually advise to go ahead and not wait, some wrists and elbows tend to stiffen rapidly so the risk of starting early far outwights the risk of increased stifness and possible prolonged rehab.
