I saw them on Saturday and I already loved this song. But hearing Sara sing it live and actually scream the last chorus really got to me. Her voice started to break and so did my heart. Best song on the album by far, I love it.
I can't help but cry hearing this song, especially the "go" part. They should release it as a signle

In my opinion the chorus in this song is one of the highlights of Heartthrob.
I was there the first time they played it live. It was one of the best moments of my life. The crowd was so silent and we all had to pick our jaws up off the floor when it ended. Take me back.

I was at that concert in Vancouver the first time they played this song, and I can honestly say it was the most amazing thing I'd ever heard and the audience went CRAZY. It was so emotional and powerful and intense, it instantly became my new favourite song.

This is my fav song from heartthrob I love them singing live than the recorded version it's more powerful and really brings out the emotions and feeling of the song. Good job sara for creating the song.

I totally relate to the response part of the ballad.. Where you say go.. but deep down you just wish that this was just a dream.. and things could go back to what it was.. and you want the person to stay.
I love you both so much! Your music is amazing and I'm obsessed with Heartthrob. I recently went through a break up and this album has been helping me so much. It's great to know that I'm not alone in the feelings I have. I look forward to seeing you both in concert again :)

This is an absolutely great song that Tegan especially sings with great emotion. I love it and love the whole album. Don't know why but when she sings go go go if you want to it to me is sort of Prince-esqe sounding. I don't know if people will know what I mean but hoping they will. I'm going to see them Friday Sept. 27 at Starland Ballroom in Sayreville, NJ and I can't wait. I'll probably be the oldest person there but I think they are great and great songwriters. I love them!!!

They really have a nostalgic vibe to them if that's what you mean by "bad ninties remix". Personally I love the sound. Artists grow, and I think this was actually a huuuge step for them. It really rows on ya.
True effing story! I considered ordering it from the US and flying it over for about 10 times the cost of the record. Alas, I am too poor to do that.
It is perfect. After Sara's "Go" I didn't know what Tegan was saying initially, probably bub-bye or something. Suddenly I realized she was saying the opposite, like some sort of internal dialogue: Go (please stay). It was like being hit in the head! I had to just sit and absorb the awesomeness of this device.
The Carpool thing seems like it was an eternity ago. They never gave details about the songs or even the title. I had actually thought it was from Sainthood.

"Available Now" - Gurl, I wish it was! Anyway, this song makes me so emotional for some reason, not because it means anything personal to my life, but I can tell it's Sara being so vulnerable so I can feel that, especially in the live version. I don't know the lyrics just get to me.

this song is amaaaazing live. great studio version too but doesn't even compare to the power and magneticism of the live performance. (when tegan isn't oversinging the background vocals that is)
