I had bad experience with Hitachi 1 ton split fixed speed ac...during installation in 2021 gas was missing...after 2 months new ac . installed ...in 2023 pcb out of order...noisy compared to my 1.5 ton carrier as well as bluestar 1.2 ton split acs.
Using the SRK18YXS2 for 2 years now. Must say, the best AC I've ever used. Its duty is to cool the hottest room of our house and it does so smilingly. Specially the 3D cooling feature is a boon. It cools down the 220 sq. ft room within 10-15 mins. As it's fitted in an odd position which is why the jetflow technology don't get to show that feature power, but still it cools down the room quite comfortably. Last year, when the temp was really high at Kolkata, this AC was cooling down the room like a boss. And all these I'm saying after using and still using some of the best 1.5 ton ACs in the market like, Daikin FTKF50, Mitsubishi Electric MSY18GRVFT and O'General ASGG18CETA-B. And all these are at my home and still the Mitsubishi Heavy is the best. Which is why it has been given the duty to cool the hottest room of our house.

I had bad experience with Hitachi 1 ton split fixed speed ac...during installation in 2021 gas was missing...after 2 months new ac . installed ...in 2023 pcb out of order...noisy compared to my 1.5 ton carrier as well as bluestar 1.2 ton split acs.

Using the SRK18YXS2 for 2 years now. Must say, the best AC I've ever used. Its duty is to cool the hottest room of our house and it does so smilingly. Specially the 3D cooling feature is a boon. It cools down the 220 sq. ft room within 10-15 mins. As it's fitted in an odd position which is why the jetflow technology don't get to show that feature power, but still it cools down the room quite comfortably. Last year, when the temp was really high at Kolkata, this AC was cooling down the room like a boss.
And all these I'm saying after using and still using some of the best 1.5 ton ACs in the market like, Daikin FTKF50, Mitsubishi Electric MSY18GRVFT and O'General ASGG18CETA-B. And all these are at my home and still the Mitsubishi Heavy is the best. Which is why it has been given the duty to cool the hottest room of our house.
