Mo Yuan wrongly presumably thoughts SY/BQ will return his love as a partner not a teacher or father. Sad, for an old man to think that way about his student even in disguised. Favoritism was shown publicly and beknowst to all heaven and realm. So many times, Bai Qian brushed him off and tried to depleted and putting down Ye Hua infront of BQ, but if course she kept talking about Ye Hua's loved for her and she loved him completely along with our beloved Dumpling/A-Li.

the ghost realm costumes are amazing. I was in total of awe of second princes black wedding costumes....with the glittery details and crown. BEAUTIFUL!
Around 1400 costumes were completed. The design team is led by Chang Suk Ping and Zhang Shi Jie. Chang Suk Ping once won an Oscar for his work in Wong Kar Wai's The Grandmaster.
Mainland drama costume and HK TVB costume are so different.
Ikr I prefer their costumes more than of celestial ones.
