So in this haircare video I have detailed out my haircare routine and tips as in a general basis which will be helpful for all regardless gender and age.
So as in to cover these information , my cousin sister Prathibha, who is an Ayurveda Doctor also helped me with my research.

Pls tell a shampoo chemical free
Do u have hair mask or pack
There is no such shampoo which is chemical free. There will be preservatives and surfactants in all shampoos let it be “Natural” “organic” or “Ayurvedic” ..
Shampoos are unavoidable in certain situations, so we can use shampoos which has less sulphate content and less parabens. 😊
