Aj Anaya teams up with Trey Herrera to teach you how to do a flair on your BMX bike in this episode of Aj Anaya's How Tuesday. A flair is an advanced level trick but if you can backflip and air a quarter pipe you're ready to try the trick. Aj and Trey give you some helpful advice on learning flairs along with super slow motion breakdowns as well as tips on how to bail the trick.

this helped sooo much i figured out what im doing wrong in them i didnt really tuck my legs in and stay in like a ball and i didnt push down with my arms when i came around

when i did flairs i went for height and i wanna learn them small like atleast 2-3ft out of coping not like 5million ft lol i also always had a problem with them doing a flat spin instead. last flair i did i bruised my rib cause i over rotated and hit the ramp next to it. my question is whats the best transition to do them on? at my park its a 6ft quarter and next to it is a 6ft roll in. i havent done a flair in two years and i really want to get them again and i do believe this video will help

When i tried my flair my body did the whole thing but i let go of the bike because my feet came off. I was wondering if there was a way to keep my feet on the pedals without losing rotation.
