A very insightful message this morning.
It just reminds me that you have to be able to “walk the walk” as well as “talk to talk” when you consciously have a foot in both realms.

I live with someone who is always defensive , for no reason most of the time . I don't want to learn anymore lol I've had enough 😂. I remember when your sister passed , you have alot of strength ❤
