  • Have you noticed that you can stretch your chest all day and still you don’t feel like your posture is holding upright? Come with me for today’s #twominutetuesdaymassage to balance the upper back with strength exercises! This super simple set of I - Y - T movements will help you get stronger through the upper back without any equipment.
    Heads up: today is not for our pregnant folks although you can modify these exercises to be on hands and knees and doing just one side of the back strengthening exercise at a time.
