Watching you do your thing whether it’s medal detecting, gold panning shity paydirt, hunting for shrooms, or even cleaning diamond distracts sidewalks is always such a pleasure to watch. Don’t stop doing your thing Shane!
I did the same thing at Rock Cut State Park in Machesney Park Illinois when they drained it for dam maintenance, but I must have been the first on site. Tons of corroded change, and probably 8 or so black hills gold rings, 2 gold wedding bands, lots of cheap toe rings and of course bags and bags of garbage. Drained lakes are rare and probably only happen once every 20 years or so, so check with the Park every so often and ask if they're any planned maintenance. make sure you check with the Park admin office, at the time we needed to apply for a free detecting permit and display a sticker on the detector.
Brother Shane..thank you for sharing all your gold panning experience..i have learned alot from your videos, so after practicing the techniques, i have just made an order for your complete gold panning experience package at the klesh gold store..and iam "completely stoked!" on it getting here YOU ROCK 🎸. (PS your guitar lineup is bitchin' especially the succubus)😎 your gold/guitar fan WillieJoeLaw.
low water hunting in swimming areas is my favorite thing, ive had such good hauls off them, always waiting the next dry season to hit the lake beds. another fun vid ! you know the drill , stay standing, and keep swinging !
Good sir because of you I immediately started looking on the ground on sidewalks and such just to superificially test my eyes and pleasantly surprised I legit found a rounded diamond. I havent taken it to confirm its authenticity, worst comes to shove it is moisty, I just couldnt believe how EASY it was as soon as I started LOOKING with my own two eyes! lol I did do tests as it cuts glass, and does sink in water, as it does have weight and looks brilliant, and you cant read through it, but we will see!
Loved the PA vid, being a Lancaster County guy... Awesome that you're going to get pizza with your Mom... I remember having Snap's Pizza in Hazleton years ago...are they still in business???...enjoy your time in PA...if you're still in PA, and want to detect private property in Gettysburg, let me know...too easy to make it happen...i rather doubt you have the time for it, but the offer stands...if not now, hope to meet you out in Colorado in June... Always enjoy your vids...keep on keepin' on...JethroGritty
You need to try marsh creek state park. They lower it every winter. I walk the banks and find fishing lures but, who knows with a metal detector! It’s a man made lake that’s a flooded neighborhood.
That is crazy, one time at alder lake in WA the lake was super low like that and just walking through the swim area you could see all the sunglasses lost
Awesome Shane taking the trash out !!! You might not have found many pretty things , but the next person to come to the beach will find a Pretty clean beach !!!
We’ve lived in our house, here in North Georgia, for about 12 years. We’re not near any water, anything necessarily unique. My Son was walking the dog a few days ago and found an arrow head. Just laying there right on top of the ground. It had rained recently, but the point is, you never know what you might find.
Hey, I just found a superball on my way to work today! I also realized that I haven't seen one in ages and had the same question about if they even make them anymore
Those fishing lures look like kastmasters. I will never forget when i lost one of those on the white river in Arkansas that belonged to my dad. I may have "surprise borrowed" it for the trip and he was not too happy that his favorite lure was now 3 states away underwater!
Hi Shane! I really thought you would find more. At least you got out, and had some fun. Didn't remember that you are from that area. Would have been interesting if you had put a shot from your youth. lol I always love getting a video from you. Hope you had a nice visit with your Mom. TC and keep doing what you're doing. 🤗
That was a nice little hunt, its almost never about the finds, and all about the vibes (although I bet all the work for those pieces of foil was pretty rough, I have to deal with wire where I hunt)
Hi Shane. Been to this lake many times - 1/2 of my family is from the Hometown/Tamaqua area. Crazy to see it in a youtube video & hear that you learned to swim there!
When i first started detecting Shane , I met a veteran who served in Nam while prospecting at Whela 👌 After talking about detecting ! He told me about an experience that he had in Nam & it's a story that I'll never forget 👍
My father and brother got a metal detector way back in the seventies and they were out every single weekend there was a swimming pool in our town that shut down to redo it it was a concrete wall in Sandy bottomed swimming hole but it also had a deep section with diving board and a baby pool when we had high rains the river that this pool was right next to would flood the swimming hole and there would be fish and who knows what in there so they had to shut it down and redo it for health reasons. My brother and father got permission to metal detect the bottom once it was drained. The things they found were unbelievable they came home with a bucket full of rings necklaces bracelets religious medals and even School rings. After they found engagement rings in school Rings they decided to put an ad in the local paper about it. They were actually able to return almost all of the school rings and the engagement ring because the engagement ring had an engraving on it. And then a town over from us decided to do the same thing with their swimming pool and they got permission to metal detect that one as well and again they found a lot of school rings and a couple diamond rings and then they put an ad in that local paper and were able to return many of the school rings and one of the engagement rings. I now have a metal detector LOL and I have found some awesome things my metal detector however is old I'm kind of not working as well as it should it's one of those old ones with the huge battery. And most recently my husband and I have moved to Pennsylvania and we found an 1817 large cent copper penny in the creek. It was sitting on top so we were able to see it so now I need a metal detector to metal detect my Creek because where there is one old coin there's bound to be more

I'm surprised they let u metal detect a park i was gona go up laural state park and do it they said u need a permit and if u get anything worth something u have to turn it in to the park.the permit is free
I have a question after just finding your website now i find myself binge watching all your videos..what is the best site to buy each month around 250.dollers to sit and pan .Oh and im thinking about selling all my gold i have ????
On kleshgold.com, you can get a "custom" bag, add a few grams of gold and there's your $250 for a single bag, or you can get multiple bags for $250 depending on what difficulty level you're looking for.
Sooooo I stumbled upon this video randomly.....and I have to say something and she hope you see this. I am from Barnesville and grew up in this area. It is cool to see someone local.
Thanks for the videos eh Any pay dirt videos coming out soon? Would be nice to see you use your name for pass companys and see if they play favorites. Hope you know what i mean.
The beach is cleaner again. Not treasures but a good deed. I liked your video 🇩🇪⚒👍🤠

Ive been watching you for years and i never knew you grew up in my arena! Im outside jim thorpe pa!
I always thank fellow metal detectors for picking trash along with their finds.
Good on you for the cleanup. Here in MA it's illegal to detect in a state park. That Ranger had no issue with it obviously
So glad to see you back out and about brother!..... I did some glacial till prospecting this week myself!
I want to see someone detect an old abandoned amusement park! That would be awesome maybe

It's nice you take the junk. I want to try detecting but I'm a bit scared to go alone.
Excellent video at Hair Tie Lake!
I clean up as much as possible too.
Happy treasure hunting 🧲👍⚓️

Another great video sir. Keep them coming.
All he did was talk and not much detecting.
Yeah, but it beats my boring life sometimes.@denisesocha6279
You know what they say you can't find it. If you're not out looking for it! 😉 It's waiting for you bro, happy hunting! 😄

Thanks - yeah EVG contacted me a few months ago about selling some of his gold claims
That was a nice little hunt, its almost never about the finds, and all about the vibes (although I bet all the work for those pieces of foil was pretty rough, I have to deal with wire where I hunt)
Excellent vid, I really enjoyed it , pitty it’s been hunted out a lot but still there’s plenty of stuff still around to find , great place ,
Nice hunt! I know a few places like that i wish theyd drain it so i could detect it. Awesome video
Love doing Drained Lakes 🎉🎉 New subs to your channel 😊. Keep swinging 👌👍👏🇺🇸
I'm questioning the authenticity of this being a genuine Klesh(TM) Detecting Adventure(R) because you did not find an old Coors beer can! 😂
Welcome back to you too Shane. 🫶🏻👍👊🏻😂
Well, they either missed the metal, or found it and through it back down.
We're saturated here, MD shore area , rain every 3-4 days ...sunshine where are you ? Glad you're seeing your mom, that's the gold...
Hi Shane. Been to this lake many times - 1/2 of my family is from the Hometown/Tamaqua area. Crazy to see it in a youtube video & hear that you learned to swim there!

I’m at lakes fishing all the time and I don’t think I’ve seen that many metal detectors in a year before.😂
Hey Klesh ! Go prospecting in NY again , outside the jewelry district sidewalks.
Would be cool to see you detect the shores of Lake Erie.
Let me know if you're ever up this way I'll bring the 4x4
The park was opened to the public in June 1971. Hope this helps

I thought you weren’t allowed to detect in State Parks without near impossible permission..
Depends on the park
love it
The park opened in 1971 but I can’t find nothing for the beach or maybe the beach opened in 71
I'm surprised they let u metal detect a park i was gona go up laural state park and do it they said u need a permit and if u get anything worth something u have to turn it in to the park.the permit is free

Jey Klesh... Did you use to be friends with a guy named Raccoon?🤠
Wtf you’re in my neck of the woods in PA
Man they won't let us detect our state park near us at all I tried once and they shut it down quick
At least it wasn't condoms.
How did you get permission to dig up finds in a Pa state park?? If you do that in Central Pa you'll get in some trouble
Nothing ventured, nothing gained.
Sooooo I stumbled upon this video randomly.....and I have to say something and she hope you see this. I am from Barnesville and grew up in this area. It is cool to see someone local.
Asphalt should not be in the drinking water Lakes
