Tenten has the ability to make weapons appear out of nowhere.
One of the best Tenten versions in the Ultimate Ninja series. Her awakening gives her a randomized secondary projectile (which are usually picked up as items) and her combos shoot projectiles in case the opponent dodges. Her bomb jutsu is fun to use, too.

They can't? I thought the command for it was forward + Circle, Circle

Maybe she can, I have to check again. It depends. Forward + O, O. Up + O, O. Down + O, O. Those are usually attack variations. For e.g. Karin, Forward + O, O is a throw. For Naruto, he throws a clone which does a roll. But there isn't a general throw command, that's what I mean.

Forward + O, O, O, etc. is the attack at 0:37. Maybe you played Heroes 1 or 2 and those had different controls? Because 3 is very Storm-y.
