@steveo I truly appreciate all of the help you have given me as I am finally getting this charity built up to the vision I have always had for it just lacked the resources to get it going in the right direction.
I wish you the best with the charity man! I was left paralyzed from the waist down due to an overdose and it took a very long time to even think normally again. Let alone insurance not covering any of the cost of the equipment I needed at the time. America truly is fucked in the healthcare department. Godspeed, help as many people as you can! :)

It's definitely crazy how much Steve-O's body can handle. If I did even a fraction of what he's done, I'd have died 20 times over 🤣
It's reassuring to know that even actual thrillseekers are afraid of heights. Makes me feel better about all those times I also declined to jump off things, even knowing it was perfectly safe. I think it's just the idea of not having control of myself in midair that frightens me the most, like if a chord snaps or something or if the machine or parachute chooses that moment to malfunction, that's literally it.
It’s an animal instinct paired with a rationale pf like what you said: you’re putting yourself at the mercy of something that if something goes wrong, it’s not a case of being injured, and always a case of dying.

I work with a family with 2 boys that are wheelchair bound due to terminal illness and the one I actually took to see Jackass Forever but when I showed him this video he lit up when you spoke about supporting mobility at the end. Thank you for not only being entertaining as hell but also such a genuinely good person!

@@Alnora Really feel a lump in my chest when I remember Ryan. Wasn't even old enough to feel such way about a complete stranger, but always felt sympathetic towards him, he just seemed like a calm guy with a good heart. One of the first times I had 'proof' that the good ones most of the times go too soon.

Yet the whole moment where you explained the "Im just so dissapointed" quote from your dad.. made it more memorable. The whole buildup for the stunts when everyone scurry away like rodents like nope, F that.. F that man.. Not doin' it, Im out!. Atleast for me, the in between bro moments, talks, messing around.. I enjoy that as much as the big "show down" moments.. Like growing up watching viva la bam, Bam and Dunn was stuck on a big lift for a long ass time. I remember seeing the documentary where you are asked what you do for a living you would say "I make people happy". You have always been a good dude and continue to be a good dude.
You have truly changed for yourself. As you have said before. Only an addict can make the choice to fix their life. Not the force of other people. Watching your last stand up super trashed on stage definitely is an eye opener. Myself cannot sit through it just due to your addiction and how it went down, personally. However seeing how you have truly flipped your life 180°, your wild ride video+podcast, jackass 4 and 4.5, the list goes on. You have shown the world what it's like to hit that rock bottom and bull out. Nothing but respect for you Steve-o. Everyone has a moment (s) in life wherr they did wrong mistakes and choices. You had the power to pull out and away.
