Your a life saver… Other knit tutorials advising life lines and exposing live sts off needles to jiggle back. Thank you 😅

Thank you so much!!! You saved my project, a fishermans rib double cowl that I have already completely taken apart 4 times! Best video on how to take a row off.

This was a very helpful video. I think it would have been easier to follow though if a smoother yarn had been used.

i hey i just wanted you to know, im a veteran knitter, 15 years but learning new things all the time! i had been trying to wrap my head around this concept since learning k1b and brioche recently (idk why it took that long to run across them lol) and i JUST COULDN'T wrap my head around how to accomplish this technique of working the stitches backwards to undo mistakes. i've watched a bunch of other tutorials and read written instructions and it didn't click, but with this video i got it! i really appreciate the way you show things--the speed you go at, and the way you speak to the viewer. i like your teaching style! having it actually close-captioned and not auto-generated captions really helped me as well, thank you for taking the time to do that! i subscribed to your channel immediately just on the basis of how fun your introduction with the different stills of knitting equipment and funny faces is, and actually watching through the tutorial helped me grasp a technique i had not been able to grasp before. so thanks!

You are so kind, thanks for your thoughtful and encouraging words 💞 I’m overwhelmed and truly appreciate it. It means a lot because I do pour myself into those little things and really hope to help people of any level to reach a new level for themselves. I’m constantly trying to improve my own skills and also teach to reach different kinds of learners. That’s what I love about knitting and crochet. There is always something new to learn! ☺️💞

This has been the best technique for and demonstration of tinking a k1b I have seen so far. Thank you. PS, I agree that it would been even better had a different (smoother) yarn been used.

I've looked at videos and no one shows what it looks like after slipping the k1b stitch off. mine has a big loop after. am I supposed to pull that tight or leave it like that? it doesn't tighten up by itself and looks wrong

beth that is because when it’s worked on the next row it is resolved.
