Very nice looking home. This is one of the better deals I’ve seen from you. Love that big backyard but that chain link fence would have to be replaced by a high wooden one. I don’t know anything about Richmond neighborhoods and I would have to research that too. But overall, I see a winner here.
I don’t see the point of that long shelf along the wall in the kitchen when there could be cabinets and counter space there. Smh. Otherwise, the house is very nice. But I’d make them fix the kitchen right or drop the price so I can do it.

A mansion is generally a much larger home, compared to others in the area. This would not be considered a mansion but a 5,000 sqft home would perhaps.
