    Sir, Very well drafted the innovation analogy in the Sports & the Business.
    Most of the disruption & innovations are the result of unconventional thinking , thinking out of box, identifying the weak signals and making the most of the change, which many big organizations fails to identify.
    History is full of such examples of small organization or amateur athelete who had identify the weak signals or latent demand & brought about disruption which even the Big organization Or seasoned athletes fail to.
