Thanks. I'll give it a try. Mine does the same thing: enter the code, flashes green, no entry from the outside. I appreciate short videos like this. I have about 9 of my own, where like you, I have to figure it out first, then do the fix-it video. I like comments back, so I also like to give them when they are simple and to the point
Thank You! We just paid $275.00 to a locksmith to get us in. THOUSANDS of views means this is a known issue. This isn't a budget lockset. No mention about this issue or what to do on their useless support site. Avoiding EXACTLY THIS kind of failure was why we paid for a name brand.
I guess the spring on the servo with the notch in mine jumped out or something but it wasn't actuating enough to move the pin somehow. Anyway, got it fixed. Thanks!!

I greased that pin and it started working. My pin was no longer smoothly moving in and out of that hole. This has happened on 2 of my locks.
Dude. Awesome video. Was my exact issue.
Thank you. This *appears* to have fixed my lock. A bit of lube and a bit more tension on the spring.
Thanks for the suggestion. I did the same and got mine fixed!
Thanks, got mine fixed.
Thanks man you saved me a big headache!!
The square tube occasionally blocks the pin. Just file it a bit for a solution.
