hello friends
here is the recipe of jamnagar famous dry kachori which is very tasty and made from date e is gathiya,dry fruits and other dry ingredients so here we dont use water in stuffing and its self life one month so whwen ever you have plan to out side you can carry with you you can give gift also by raping each kachori in aluminium file so friends try this recipe its so tasty This kachori is very famous in jamnagar and also out of india
ingredients
1 bowl date
1 bowl gathiya
2 tbsp dry mango powder
1.5 tbsp dry coriander seeds
1.5 tbsp fennel seeds
2 tbsp garam masala
2 to 3 tbsp red chilly powder
salt as your taste(here gathiya is also salty)
3 tbsp sugar
2to 3 tbsp cashewnut and raisins
ingredients for outer layer of kachori
1 bowl all purpose flour
4 tbsp oil
salt

But Sir, it does not mean that we should not try it at home.... Those who love making something and like it to make it on their own can easily make this wonderful recipe at home... And yes.....
