from what i've seen most of the lifesteal guys who play on the server don't actually know anything about it or at least not much more than the basic information provided to everyone. My theory is that they don't actually "own" the server and they're the ones who advertise it, get commissions from the server income while someone else is running the actual server. Sorta like how "Prime" isn't owned by logan paul or KSI they have large shares of it but they're just a large name behind a brand/company that is running it. In which the brand/company uses these big names to have a larger reach.
@@pythronexparrot owns it but he isn't the one who made it there are Devs and Manager who made the server Owners are not the one who make the server Devs and Manager do those stuff

Tbh I don't even know how the combat thing or the heart fragment thing works why couldn't it be just a normal lifesteal smp man
It work like this you get your max heart count “14” and then if you get another kill you get fragments which you use to buy another slot and then you can get 15 hearts and it keeps going on like that
