    I’ve thanked you for this video before, but I just feel compelled to thank you again... I finish the practice on my own when the sound goes out... and somehow this video always helps me heal my present. Thank you again so much for your teachings!

    This really does something amazing to my brain. I can feel it, physically, especially towards the back of my head. It feels like energetic activity and things cracking open. Is it supposed to do that?
