Save up money I guess. Just take your item first, since Bene dash a lot, also she has S2 (CC immune). Some Bene dont even have a shoe, sometimes they get too fed, or shoe is an optional choice for them (and Wanwan, jumping around; Lance but he is jungler, need shoe; Joy~ maybe? but she need movement spd to chase enemy and bonus magical pene from shoe).
