@@notshadyshad9286 The account was made August 25th, 2020; almost exactly 6 months ago, or half a year.
142,000 kills over half a year (182.5 days) means he was getting an average of over 778 kills a day, and that's if he played every single day for the entire 6 months. For any day he didn't play, another 778 kills needed to be spread over the remaining days and added to the average to get the kill count he had when he got banned. If he only played 5 days a week, that'd lower the days to around 130, requiring around 1,100 kills per day he played.
To think he did all that completely legit only to start hacking towards the end of his grinding on one video he put out is kinda dumb lol. He most likely created the account with less obvious exploits in mind to take a lot of the actual work out of that grind. Still, a ton of time had to be sunk, but I guarantee he didn't put nearly the amount of effort into those 441 levels than anyone playing legit would.

there was another hacker named On360FPS, he used a kill all bot while on spectate and racked up 400k+ kills at around level 500 (which is actually really bad stats) and he got banned around 2 months ago

There's a level 500+ that I know of that uses silent aim and it's pretty obvious, there's a video about it of him cheating.
