فوائد من خطبة " فقه البخاري" : •من ثمار بر الوالدين و الإحسان إليهم نيل بركة دعائهم ( استرجاع البخاري لبصره كان ببركة دعاء والدته له ) •لا يليق أن يُقدح في أحد من العلماء أو المحدثين لمجرد خطأ أو ضعف في أحد كتبه فترى الواحد منا لم يقدم للإسلام شيئا يحذر من ذلك الذي أفنى عمره في تحصيل العلم و نفع الأمة " كفى بالمرء نبلا أن تعد معايبه" •من الجيد أن يكون لك منبر تخطب فيه لعائلتك لأنهم عندما يرونك متربعا عليه سيعلمون جدية الأمر فلا يلغون و لا يتكلمون كما في خطبةالجمعة و هذا يزيد من تركيزهم و انتفاعهم بالكلام •أحسن ما يبدأ به الخطيب كلامه هو ٱية من كتاب الله كما فعل البخاري في كتابه (فيجعل كلام الله مقدمة لكلامه و لا يجعله للاستدلال أثناء الخطبة فقط)

@@muhammadauwalilyas8422 Assalamu aleykum Wa rahmatullah my brother At-Tirmidhi (2892) also narrates from Jabir (may Allaah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) used not to sleep until he said, "Alif Lam Mim, Tanzil..." (As-Sajdah ) and recited "Tabaraka-lladhie bi-yadihi-l-Mulk" (Al-Mulk)." Shaykh al-Albani (may Allaah have mercy on him) classified it as authentic (sahih). An-Nasai (10479) narrated from Ibn Mas'ud (may Allaah be pleased with him) that he said: Whoever recites 'Tabaraka-lladhie bi-yadihi-l-Mulk' (Al-Mulk) every night, Allaah will make him with him protect her (the Sura) from torment in the grave. In the lifetime of the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) we used to call her 'The Protector' and surely it is a Surah of the Qur'an which, if one reads it every night, he has done much good."

lets take a look at the real hadith اللَّهُ لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ ۚ لَيَجْمَعَنَّكُمْ إِلَىٰ يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ لَا رَيْبَ فِيهِ ۗ وَمَنْ أَصْدَقُ مِنَ اللَّهِ حَدِيثًا Allah! there is no god but he. Surely He shall gather you together on the Day of Resurrection, *AND WHO IS MORE TRUE IN GIVING حَدِيثًا HADITH THAN ALLAH?* (4:87) *[Chapter 17: The Journey by Night, Al-Israa, الْإِسْرَاء - بَنِيْ إِسْرَآءِيْل : Verse 88]* قُل لَّئِنِ اجْتَمَعَتِ الْإِنسُ وَالْجِنُّ عَلَىٰ أَن يَأْتُوا بِمِثْلِ هَٰذَا الْقُرْآنِ لَا يَأْتُونَ بِمِثْلِهِ وَلَوْ كَانَ بَعْضُهُمْ لِبَعْضٍ ظَهِيرًا [17:88] Say: "*IF ALL MANKIND AND THE JINN WERE TO GATHER TO BRING SOMETHING SIMILAR (بِمِثْلِ) TO THIS (هَٰذَا) THE QUR'AN (الْقُرْآنِ), THEY WOULD NEVER (لَا) BE ABLE TO PRODUCE (يَأْتُونَ) ONE SIMILAR TO IT بِمِثْلِهِ,* even if they were helping one another." As for the enemy of Allah and His messenger who has allied himself with hadith narrators dead or alive try to meet Allah’s Challenge of producing a Hadith like the Quran they and the Sahih writers/compilers/classifiers and those who follow them will rush to the aid of the hadith narrators for he believes that the hadith narrators cannot make a mistake, and he believes that the hadith narrators are above the level of the prophets - even they made mistakes and the revelation came down rebuking them at times and pointing out to them their blunders. All these prophetic messages, all revolving around the awareness of oneness, have been badly polluted throughout the ages with problematic add-ons i.e. misinterpretations by narrower minds - done consciously and often subconsciously under the pressure of various socio-economic, political and psycho-theological factors - only to be misused by various interest groups and individuals. By devising a myriad of man-made rules and prohibitions in the name of God through fabricated secondary sources, ruling classes and clergymen throughout the history have transmuted the divine system of eternal Islam - the true, timeless, simple, tolerant and easy ‘religion’ of humankind and the ‘one moral law’ (‘deen’) inspired to all messengers - into an intolerant irrational theo-fiction consisting of superstitions, collections of silly rituals, taboos, frivolous rules, absurd doctrines, numerous prohibitions and obligations, opium of masses, intellectual slavery and wishful thinking (6:21,6:145; cf. 5:101-103; 7:17,30,31,37; 42:13, 21). The Quran condemns those, who thus import fabricated injunctions and undue restrictions in religion by decreeing laws in God’s name, as falsifiers, aggressors and idol-worshipers (6:21, 6:118-119, 6:140, 6:145-155; cf. 5:87, 7:32, 9:37, 10:59, 16:116). *[Chapter 39: The Groups, Az-Zumar, الزُّمَر : Verse 23]* اللَّهُ نَزَّلَ أَحْسَنَ الْحَدِيثِ كِتَابًا مُّتَشَابِهًا مَّثَانِيَ تَقْشَعِرُّ مِنْهُ جُلُودُ الَّذِينَ يَخْشَوْنَ رَبَّهُمْ ثُمَّ تَلِينُ جُلُودُهُمْ وَقُلُوبُهُمْ إِلَىٰ ذِكْرِ اللَّهِ ذَٰلِكَ هُدَى اللَّهِ يَهْدِي بِهِ مَن يَشَاءُ وَمَن يُضْلِلِ اللَّهُ فَمَا لَهُ مِنْ هَادٍ [39:23] “ALLAH HAS SENT DOWN أَحْسَنَ (THE BEST) الْحَدِيثِ HADĪTHI: a consistent Book wherein is reiteration (مُّتَشَابِهًا). The skins shiver therefrom of those who fear their Lord; then their skins and their hearts relax at the remembrance of Allah. *That is the guidance of Allah by which He guides whom He wills. And one whom Allah leaves astray - for him there is no guide.”* *[Chapter 7: The Heights, Al-A'raaf, الْأَعْرَاف : Verse 185-186]* أَوَلَمْ يَنظُرُوا فِي مَلَكُوتِ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَمَا خَلَقَ اللَّهُ مِن شَيْءٍ وَأَنْ عَسَىٰ أَن يَكُونَ قَدِ اقْتَرَبَ أَجَلُهُمْ فَبِأَيِّ حَدِيثٍ بَعْدَهُ يُؤْمِنُونَ [7:185] Have they ever reflected on the wonders of the heavens and the earth, and everything Allah has created, and that perhaps their end is near? SO WHAT HADITH AFTER THIS 'QURAN' WOULD THEY BELIEVE IN? مَن يُضْلِلِ اللَّهُ فَلَا هَادِيَ لَهُ وَيَذَرُهُمْ فِي طُغْيَانِهِمْ يَعْمَهُونَ [7:186] WHOEVER ALLAH ALLOWS TO STRAY, NONE CAN GUIDE, LEAVING THEM TO WANDER BLINDLY IN THEIR DEFIANCE. peace

Obey Allah and obey the Messenger (Muhammad (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him))” [an-Nisa’ 4:59]"] response : the messeneger is not with us anymore, so how do i obey the messenger ? is it by obeying you, your imams and hadith transmitters dead or alive, yes or no ? lets take a look in the book to see who and what we should obey : *[Chapter 4: The Women, An-Nisaa, النِّسَآء : Verse 64]* وَمَا أَرْسَلْنَا مِن رَّسُولٍ إِلَّا لِيُطَاعَ بِإِذْنِ اللَّهِ وَلَوْ أَنَّهُمْ إِذ ظَّلَمُوا أَنفُسَهُمْ جَاءُوكَ فَاسْتَغْفَرُوا اللَّهَ وَاسْتَغْفَرَ لَهُمُ الرَّسُولُ لَوَجَدُوا اللَّهَ تَوَّابًا رَّحِيمًا [4:64] *WE DID NOT (وَمَا) SEND (أَرْسَلْنَا) ANY (مِنْ) MESSENGER (رَّسُولٍ) BUT / EXCEPT (إِلَّا) TO BE OBEYED (لِيُطَاعَ) IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH (بِإِذْنِ اللَّهِ).* If they would have come to you when they had wronged themselves to seek Allah’s forgiveness and if the Messenger had also asked Allah’s forgiveness for them, they would have found Allah Forgiving, Merciful. lets read it again : *WE DID NOT (وَمَا) SEND (أَرْسَلْنَا) ANY (مِنْ) MESSENGER (رَّسُولٍ) BUT / EXCEPT (إِلَّا) TO BE OBEYED (لِيُطَاعَ) IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH (بِإِذْنِ اللَّهِ).* [Chapter 20: Ta Ha, Taa-Haa, طهٰ : Verse 134] وَلَوْ أَنَّا أَهْلَكْنَاهُم بِعَذَابٍ مِّن قَبْلِهِ لَقَالُوا رَبَّنَا لَوْلَا أَرْسَلْتَ إِلَيْنَا رَسُولًا فَنَتَّبِعَ آيَاتِكَ مِن قَبْلِ أَن نَّذِلَّ وَنَخْزَىٰ 20:134 And if We had destroyed them with a retribution before this, they would have said: *“OUR LORD, IF ONLY YOU HAD SENT US A MESSENGER SO WE COULD FOLLOW YOUR VERSES (فَنَتَّبِعَ آيَاتِكَ)* BEFORE WE ARE HUMILIATED AND SHAMED!” argument refuted *[Chapter 10: Jonah, Yunus, يُوْنـُس : Verse 17]* فَمَنْ أَظْلَمُ مِمَّنِ افْتَرَىٰ عَلَى اللَّهِ كَذِبًا أَوْ كَذَّبَ بِآيَاتِهِ إِنَّهُ لَا يُفْلِحُ الْمُجْرِمُونَ [10:17] So who is more unjust than he who invents a lie about Allah or denies His signs? Indeed, the criminals will not succeed Quran Only peace

A: Yes B: No C: I dont know D: I dont care E: I want to run away yes you did does the above ayah al-Hashr 59:7 say i must follow the sunnah ? do you see the word sunnah in that ayah, yes or no ? now lets take a look at this ayah in full ,which you and your imams use to defend the books of hadith not authorised by God : *The verse in full form is in the context of a war* and reads : *[Chapter 59: The Gathering, Al-Hashr, الْحَشْر : Verse 7]* مَّا أَفَاءَ اللَّهُ عَلَىٰ رَسُولِهِ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْقُرَىٰ فَلِلَّهِ وَلِلرَّسُولِ وَلِذِي الْقُرْبَىٰ وَالْيَتَامَىٰ وَالْمَسَاكِينِ وَابْنِ السَّبِيلِ كَيْ لَا يَكُونَ دُولَةً بَيْنَ الْأَغْنِيَاءِ مِنكُمْ وَمَا آتَاكُمُ الرَّسُولُ فَخُذُوهُ وَمَا نَهَاكُمْ عَنْهُ فَانتَهُوا وَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ شَدِيدُ الْعِقَابِ [59:7] "What God gave to His Messenger as wealth(spoils of war) from the people of the towns is for God and His Messenger and the possessors of kinship and the orphans and the needy and the traveler of the way so that it be changing not hands between the rich among you. *AND WHATEVER THE MESSENGER GAVE YOU, TAKE IT. AND REFRAIN YOURSELVES FROM WHAT HE PROHIBITED YOU.* And be God fearing. Truly, God is Severe in Punishment." (59:7) وَمَا آتَاكُمُ الرَّسُولُ فَخُذُوهُ وَمَا نَهَاكُمْ عَنْهُ فَانتَهُوا *“take what the messenger gives you and abstain from what he forbids you.”* This is a small part of a whole verse quoted in isolation, out of context. *It is clear that the portion :* وَمَا آتَاكُمُ الرَّسُولُ فَخُذُوهُ وَمَا نَهَاكُمْ عَنْهُ فَانتَهُوا *“take what the messenger gives you and abstain from what he forbids you.”* *Is referring to the spoils of war which the messenger will distribute to those in need.* *People take this portion of the verse and quote that part only, out of context, in an attempt to deceive people that the messenger has forbidden more things not found in the Quran or that we need to follow books of hadith or the sunnah.* *Does take what the Messenger gives you and abstain from what he forbids you referring to man made hadiths or the sunnah ?* A: Yes B: No C: I dont know D: I dont care E: Wheres the Exit وَكَذَلِكَ نُفَصِّلُ الآيَاتِ وَلِتَسْتَبِينَ سَبِيلُ الْمُجْرِمِينَ And it is such that We explain the revelations, and point out the way of the criminals.(6:55) *[Chapter 10: Jonah, Yunus, يُوْنـُس : Verse 36]* وَمَا يَتَّبِعُ أَكْثَرُهُمْ إِلَّا ظَنًّا إِنَّ الظَّنَّ لَا يُغْنِي مِنَ الْحَقِّ شَيْئًا إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَلِيمٌ بِمَا يَفْعَلُونَ [10:36] Most of them follow nothing but 'inherited' assumptions. 'And' surely assumptions can in no way replace the truth. Allah is indeed All-Knowing of what they do. وَإِن تُطِعْ أَكْثَرَ مَن فِي الْأَرْضِ يُضِلُّوكَ عَن سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ إِن يَتَّبِعُونَ إِلَّا الظَّنَّ وَإِنْ هُمْ إِلَّا يَخْرُصُونَ [6:116] And if you obey most of those upon the earth, they will mislead you from the way of Allah. They follow not except assumption, and they are not but falsifying. إِنَّ رَبَّكَ هُوَ أَعْلَمُ مَن يَضِلُّ عَن سَبِيلِهِ وَهُوَ أَعْلَمُ بِالْمُهْتَدِينَ [6:117] Indeed, your Lord is most knowing of who strays from His way, and He is most knowing of the [rightly] guided. *[Chapter 11: Hud, Hud, هُوْد : Verse 18]* وَمَنْ أَظْلَمُ مِمَّنِ افْتَرَىٰ عَلَى اللَّهِ كَذِبًا أُولَٰئِكَ يُعْرَضُونَ عَلَىٰ رَبِّهِمْ وَيَقُولُ الْأَشْهَادُ هَٰؤُلَاءِ الَّذِينَ كَذَبُوا عَلَىٰ رَبِّهِمْ أَلَا لَعْنَةُ اللَّهِ عَلَى الظَّالِمِينَ [11:18] *Who does more wrong than those who fabricate lies against Allah?* They will be brought before their Lord, and the witnesses will say, "These are the ones who lied against their Lord." *Surely Allah's condemnation/curse(لَعْنَةُ اللَّهِ) is upon the wrongdoers,* argument destroyed Quran Only peace, warning and a reminder to all
@R'ad you wrote : "And He warns against disobeying him (interpretation of the meaning): “And let those who oppose the Messenger's (Muhammad (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him)) commandment (i.e. his Sunnah- legal ways, orders, acts of worship, statements) (among the sects) beware, lest some Fitnah (disbelief, trials, afflictions, earthquakes, killing, overpowered by a tyrant) should befall them or a painful torment be inflicted on them” [an-Noor 24:63]" response : did your imams brainwash you into believing that the above ayah means to follow the books of hadith (sunnah) yes or no ? lets take a look at some ayahs which destroys your and your imams interpretation / understanding of the above ayah : *It’ is clear that the Laws/Commandments coming from Prophet Muhammad are the Hukm/Laws/Commandments of Allah:* مَا تَعْبُدُونَ مِن دُونِهِ إِلَّا أَسْمَاءً سَمَّيْتُمُوهَا أَنتُمْ وَآبَاؤُكُم مَّا أَنزَلَ اللَّهُ بِهَا مِن سُلْطَانٍ إِنِ الْحُكْمُ إِلَّا لِلَّهِ أَمَرَ أَلَّا تَعْبُدُوا إِلَّا إِيَّاهُ ذَٰلِكَ الدِّينُ الْقَيِّمُ وَلَٰكِنَّ أَكْثَرَ النَّاسِ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ Instead of Him you do not serve anything except some names which you and your forefathers have given them. God has not sent down any authority for them. “surely the ‘hukm’ (law and rule) is for none but Allah.” he has ordered you to serve Him alone; such is the established deen, even though most men do not realize it. (12:40) lets read it again : “surely the ‘hukm’ (law and rule) is for none but Allah.” قُلِ اللَّهُ أَعْلَمُ بِمَا لَبِثُوا لَهُ غَيْبُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ أَبْصِرْ بِهِ وَأَسْمِعْ مَا لَهُم مِّن دُونِهِ مِن وَلِيٍّ وَلَا يُشْرِكُ فِي حُكْمِهِ أَحَدًا Say: Allah knows best how long they remained; to Him are (known) the unseen things of the heavens and the earth; how clear His sight and how clear His hearing! There is none to be a guardian for them besides Him, “He does not make any one his associate in His ‘hukm’ (laws and ruling).” (18:26) lets read it again : “He does not make any one his associate in His ‘hukm’ (laws and ruling).” Hence, the statement “He (Allah) does not associate anyone in his laws” is very clear. أَفَغَيْرَ اللَّهِ أَبْتَغِي حَكَمًا وَهُوَ الَّذِي أَنزَلَ إِلَيْكُمُ الْكِتَابَ مُفَصَّلًا وَالَّذِينَ آتَيْنَاهُمُ الْكِتَابَ يَعْلَمُونَ أَنَّهُ مُنَزَّلٌ مِّن رَّبِّكَ بِالْحَقِّ فَلَا تَكُونَنَّ مِنَ الْمُمْتَرِينَ *"Then is (it) other than Allah I seek (as) judge, while He (is) the one Who has revealed to you the book explained in detail?"* And those (to) whom We gave them the Book, they know that it (is) sent down from your Lord in truth, So (do) not be among the ones who doubt. (6:114) وَتَمَّتْ كَلِمَتُ رَبِّكَ صِدْقًا وَعَدْلًا لَّا مُبَدِّلَ لِكَلِمَاتِهِ وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ *The word of your Lord is perfected in truth and justice.* none can change his words. He is the All Hearing, the All Knowing. (6:115) وَإِن تُطِعْ أَكْثَرَ مَن فِي الْأَرْضِ يُضِلُّوكَ عَن سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ إِن يَتَّبِعُونَ إِلَّا الظَّنَّ وَإِنْ هُمْ إِلَّا يَخْرُصُونَ *If you obeyed most of those on earth, they would misguide you from Allah´s way. they follow nothing but conjecture, they are only guessing.* (6:116) وَقَالَ الَّذِينَ أَشْرَكُوا لَوْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ مَا عَبَدْنَا مِنْ دُونِه ِِ مِنْ شَيْء ٍ نَحْنُ وَلاَ آبَاؤُنَا وَلاَ حَرَّمْنَا مِنْ دُونِه ِِ مِنْ شَيْء ٍ كَذَلِكَ فَعَلَ الَّذِينَ مِنْ قَبْلِهِمْ فَهَلْ عَلَى الرُّسُلِ إِلاَّ الْبَلاَغُ الْمُبِينُ And those who were polytheists (mushriks) said: "If God had wished, we would not have served a thing other than Him; neither us nor our fathers; nor would we have made unlawful anything other than from Him." Those before them did exactly the same thing; so are the messengers required to do anything except deliver with clarity? (16:35) another argument obliterated Quran Only Peace

A: Yes B: No C: I dont know D: I dont care E: I want to run away lets reflect and use our intellect : *[Chapter 4: The Women, An-Nisaa, النِّسَآء : Verse 64]* وَمَا أَرْسَلْنَا مِن رَّسُولٍ إِلَّا لِيُطَاعَ بِإِذْنِ اللَّهِ وَلَوْ أَنَّهُمْ إِذ ظَّلَمُوا أَنفُسَهُمْ جَاءُوكَ فَاسْتَغْفَرُوا اللَّهَ وَاسْتَغْفَرَ لَهُمُ الرَّسُولُ لَوَجَدُوا اللَّهَ تَوَّابًا رَّحِيمًا [4:64] *WE DID NOT (وَمَا) SEND (أَرْسَلْنَا) ANY (مِنْ) MESSENGER (رَّسُولٍ) BUT / EXCEPT (إِلَّا) TO BE OBEYED (لِيُطَاعَ) IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH (بِإِذْنِ اللَّهِ).* If they would have come to you when they had wronged themselves to seek Allah’s forgiveness and if the Messenger had also asked Allah’s forgiveness for them, they would have found Allah Forgiving, Merciful. lets read it again just to make sure we havnt missed it : *WE DID NOT (وَمَا) SEND (أَرْسَلْنَا) ANY (مِنْ) MESSENGER (رَّسُولٍ) BUT / EXCEPT (إِلَّا) TO BE OBEYED (لِيُطَاعَ) IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH (بِإِذْنِ اللَّهِ).* now for another ayah : مَا كَانَ لِبَشَرٍ أَن يُؤْتِيَهُ اللّهُ الْكِتَابَ وَالْحُكْمَ وَالنُّبُوَّةَ ثُمَّ يَقُولَ لِلنَّاسِ كُونُواْ عِبَادًا لِّي مِن دُونِ اللّهِ وَلَـكِن كُونُواْ رَبَّانِيِّينَ بِمَا كُنتُمْ تُعَلِّمُونَ الْكِتَابَ وَبِمَا كُنتُمْ تَدْرُسُونَ It is not (possible) for any human being unto whom Allah had given the scripture and wisdom and the prophethood that he should afterwards have said unto mankind: serve me instead of Allah; but (what he said was): be ye faithful servants of the Lord by virtue of your constant teaching of the scripture and of your constant study thereof. (3:79) lets read it again : It is not (possible) for any human being unto whom Allah had given the scripture and wisdom and the prophethood that he should afterwards have said unto mankind: serve me instead of Allah... argument refuted. lets try again, answer this simple question : does obey the messenger أَطِيعُوا الرَّسُولَ mean i must obey / follow you, your imams or fabricated hadith narrators dead or alive ? فوائد من خطبة " فقه البخاري" :
•من ثمار بر الوالدين و الإحسان إليهم نيل بركة دعائهم ( استرجاع البخاري لبصره كان ببركة دعاء والدته له )
•لا يليق أن يُقدح في أحد من العلماء أو المحدثين لمجرد خطأ أو ضعف في أحد كتبه فترى الواحد منا لم يقدم للإسلام شيئا يحذر من ذلك الذي أفنى عمره في تحصيل العلم و نفع الأمة " كفى بالمرء نبلا أن تعد معايبه"

Assalamu aleykum Wa rahmatullah my brother
At-Tirmidhi (2892) also narrates from Jabir (may Allaah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) used not to sleep until he said, "Alif Lam Mim, Tanzil..." (As-Sajdah ) and recited "Tabaraka-lladhie bi-yadihi-l-Mulk" (Al-Mulk)."
Shaykh al-Albani (may Allaah have mercy on him) classified it as authentic (sahih).
An-Nasai (10479) narrated from Ibn Mas'ud (may Allaah be pleased with him) that he said: Whoever recites 'Tabaraka-lladhie bi-yadihi-l-Mulk' (Al-Mulk) every night, Allaah will make him with him protect her (the Sura) from torment in the grave. In the lifetime of the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) we used to call her 'The Protector' and surely it is a Surah of the Qur'an which, if one reads it every night, he has done much good."

lets take a look at the real hadith
اللَّهُ لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ ۚ لَيَجْمَعَنَّكُمْ إِلَىٰ يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ لَا رَيْبَ فِيهِ ۗ وَمَنْ أَصْدَقُ مِنَ اللَّهِ حَدِيثًا
Allah! there is no god but he. Surely He shall gather you together on the Day of Resurrection, *AND WHO IS MORE TRUE IN GIVING حَدِيثًا HADITH THAN ALLAH?* (4:87)
*[Chapter 17: The Journey by Night, Al-Israa, الْإِسْرَاء - بَنِيْ إِسْرَآءِيْل : Verse 88]*
قُل لَّئِنِ اجْتَمَعَتِ الْإِنسُ وَالْجِنُّ عَلَىٰ أَن يَأْتُوا بِمِثْلِ هَٰذَا الْقُرْآنِ لَا يَأْتُونَ بِمِثْلِهِ وَلَوْ كَانَ بَعْضُهُمْ لِبَعْضٍ ظَهِيرًا
[17:88] Say: "*IF ALL MANKIND AND THE JINN WERE TO GATHER TO BRING SOMETHING SIMILAR (بِمِثْلِ) TO THIS (هَٰذَا) THE QUR'AN
(الْقُرْآنِ), THEY WOULD NEVER (لَا) BE ABLE TO PRODUCE (يَأْتُونَ) ONE SIMILAR TO IT بِمِثْلِهِ,* even if they were helping one another."
As for the enemy of Allah and His messenger who has allied himself with hadith narrators dead or alive try to meet Allah’s Challenge of producing a Hadith like the Quran they and the Sahih writers/compilers/classifiers and those who follow them will rush to the aid of the hadith narrators for he believes that the hadith narrators cannot make a mistake, and he believes that the hadith narrators are above the level of the prophets - even they made mistakes and the revelation came down rebuking them at times and pointing out to them their blunders.
All these prophetic messages, all revolving around the awareness of oneness, have been badly polluted throughout the ages with problematic add-ons i.e. misinterpretations by narrower minds - done consciously and often subconsciously under the pressure of various socio-economic, political and psycho-theological factors - only to be misused by various interest groups and individuals.
By devising a myriad of man-made rules and prohibitions in the name of God through fabricated secondary sources, ruling classes and clergymen throughout the history have transmuted the divine system of eternal Islam - the true, timeless, simple, tolerant and easy ‘religion’ of humankind and the ‘one moral law’ (‘deen’) inspired to all messengers - into an intolerant irrational theo-fiction consisting of superstitions, collections of silly rituals, taboos, frivolous rules, absurd doctrines, numerous prohibitions and obligations, opium of masses, intellectual slavery and wishful thinking (6:21,6:145; cf. 5:101-103; 7:17,30,31,37; 42:13, 21).
The Quran condemns those, who thus import fabricated injunctions and undue restrictions in religion by decreeing laws in God’s name, as falsifiers, aggressors and idol-worshipers (6:21, 6:118-119, 6:140, 6:145-155; cf. 5:87, 7:32, 9:37, 10:59, 16:116).
*[Chapter 39: The Groups, Az-Zumar, الزُّمَر : Verse 23]*
اللَّهُ نَزَّلَ أَحْسَنَ الْحَدِيثِ كِتَابًا مُّتَشَابِهًا مَّثَانِيَ تَقْشَعِرُّ مِنْهُ جُلُودُ الَّذِينَ يَخْشَوْنَ رَبَّهُمْ ثُمَّ تَلِينُ جُلُودُهُمْ وَقُلُوبُهُمْ إِلَىٰ ذِكْرِ اللَّهِ ذَٰلِكَ هُدَى اللَّهِ يَهْدِي بِهِ مَن يَشَاءُ وَمَن يُضْلِلِ اللَّهُ فَمَا لَهُ مِنْ هَادٍ
[39:23] “ALLAH HAS SENT DOWN أَحْسَنَ (THE BEST) الْحَدِيثِ HADĪTHI: a consistent Book wherein is reiteration (مُّتَشَابِهًا). The skins shiver therefrom of those who fear their Lord; then their skins and their hearts relax at the remembrance of Allah. *That is the guidance of Allah by which He guides whom He wills. And one whom Allah leaves astray - for him there is no guide.”*
*[Chapter 7: The Heights, Al-A'raaf, الْأَعْرَاف : Verse 185-186]*
أَوَلَمْ يَنظُرُوا فِي مَلَكُوتِ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَمَا خَلَقَ اللَّهُ مِن شَيْءٍ وَأَنْ عَسَىٰ أَن يَكُونَ قَدِ اقْتَرَبَ أَجَلُهُمْ فَبِأَيِّ حَدِيثٍ بَعْدَهُ يُؤْمِنُونَ
[7:185] Have they ever reflected on the wonders of the heavens and the earth, and everything Allah has created, and that perhaps their end is near? SO WHAT HADITH AFTER THIS 'QURAN' WOULD THEY BELIEVE IN?
مَن يُضْلِلِ اللَّهُ فَلَا هَادِيَ لَهُ وَيَذَرُهُمْ فِي طُغْيَانِهِمْ يَعْمَهُونَ
[7:186] WHOEVER ALLAH ALLOWS TO STRAY, NONE CAN GUIDE, LEAVING THEM TO WANDER BLINDLY IN THEIR DEFIANCE.

[Chapter 20: Ta Ha, Taa-Haa, طهٰ : Verse 134]
وَلَوْ أَنَّا أَهْلَكْنَاهُم بِعَذَابٍ مِّن قَبْلِهِ لَقَالُوا رَبَّنَا لَوْلَا أَرْسَلْتَ إِلَيْنَا رَسُولًا فَنَتَّبِعَ آيَاتِكَ مِن قَبْلِ أَن نَّذِلَّ وَنَخْزَىٰ
20:134 And if We had destroyed them with a retribution before this, they would have said: *“OUR LORD, IF ONLY YOU HAD SENT US A MESSENGER SO WE COULD FOLLOW YOUR VERSES (فَنَتَّبِعَ آيَاتِكَ)* BEFORE WE ARE HUMILIATED AND SHAMED!”

مَّا أَفَاءَ اللَّهُ عَلَىٰ رَسُولِهِ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْقُرَىٰ فَلِلَّهِ وَلِلرَّسُولِ وَلِذِي الْقُرْبَىٰ وَالْيَتَامَىٰ وَالْمَسَاكِينِ وَابْنِ السَّبِيلِ كَيْ لَا يَكُونَ دُولَةً بَيْنَ الْأَغْنِيَاءِ مِنكُمْ وَمَا آتَاكُمُ الرَّسُولُ فَخُذُوهُ وَمَا نَهَاكُمْ عَنْهُ فَانتَهُوا وَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ شَدِيدُ الْعِقَابِ
[59:7] "What God gave to His Messenger as wealth(spoils of war) from the people of the towns is for God and His Messenger and the possessors of kinship and the orphans and the needy and the traveler of the way so that it be changing not hands between the rich among you. *AND WHATEVER THE MESSENGER GAVE YOU, TAKE IT. AND REFRAIN YOURSELVES FROM WHAT HE PROHIBITED YOU.* And be God fearing. Truly, God is Severe in Punishment." (59:7)
وَمَا آتَاكُمُ الرَّسُولُ فَخُذُوهُ وَمَا نَهَاكُمْ عَنْهُ فَانتَهُوا
*“take what the messenger gives you and abstain from what he forbids you.”*
This is a small part of a whole verse quoted in isolation, out of context.
*It is clear that the portion :*
وَمَا آتَاكُمُ الرَّسُولُ فَخُذُوهُ وَمَا نَهَاكُمْ عَنْهُ فَانتَهُوا
*“take what the messenger gives you and abstain from what he forbids you.”*
*Is referring to the spoils of war which the messenger will distribute to those in need.*
*People take this portion of the verse and quote that part only, out of context, in an attempt to deceive people that the messenger has forbidden more things not found in the Quran or that we need to follow books of hadith or the sunnah.*
*Does take what the Messenger gives you and abstain from what he forbids you referring to man made hadiths or the sunnah ?*

وَكَذَلِكَ نُفَصِّلُ الآيَاتِ وَلِتَسْتَبِينَ سَبِيلُ الْمُجْرِمِينَ
And it is such that We explain the revelations, and point out the way of the criminals.(6:55)
*[Chapter 10: Jonah, Yunus, يُوْنـُس : Verse 36]*
وَمَا يَتَّبِعُ أَكْثَرُهُمْ إِلَّا ظَنًّا إِنَّ الظَّنَّ لَا يُغْنِي مِنَ الْحَقِّ شَيْئًا إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَلِيمٌ بِمَا يَفْعَلُونَ
[10:36] Most of them follow nothing but 'inherited' assumptions. 'And' surely assumptions can in no way replace the truth. Allah is indeed All-Knowing of what they do.
وَإِن تُطِعْ أَكْثَرَ مَن فِي الْأَرْضِ يُضِلُّوكَ عَن سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ إِن يَتَّبِعُونَ إِلَّا الظَّنَّ وَإِنْ هُمْ إِلَّا يَخْرُصُونَ
[6:116] And if you obey most of those upon the earth, they will mislead you from the way of Allah. They follow not except assumption, and they are not but falsifying.
إِنَّ رَبَّكَ هُوَ أَعْلَمُ مَن يَضِلُّ عَن سَبِيلِهِ وَهُوَ أَعْلَمُ بِالْمُهْتَدِينَ
[6:117] Indeed, your Lord is most knowing of who strays from His way, and He is most knowing of the [rightly] guided.
*[Chapter 11: Hud, Hud, هُوْد : Verse 18]*
وَمَنْ أَظْلَمُ مِمَّنِ افْتَرَىٰ عَلَى اللَّهِ كَذِبًا أُولَٰئِكَ يُعْرَضُونَ عَلَىٰ رَبِّهِمْ وَيَقُولُ الْأَشْهَادُ هَٰؤُلَاءِ الَّذِينَ كَذَبُوا عَلَىٰ رَبِّهِمْ أَلَا لَعْنَةُ اللَّهِ عَلَى الظَّالِمِينَ
[11:18] *Who does more wrong than those who fabricate lies against Allah?* They will be brought before their Lord, and the witnesses will say, "These are the ones who lied against their Lord." *Surely Allah's condemnation/curse(لَعْنَةُ اللَّهِ) is upon the wrongdoers,*

lets take a look at some ayahs which destroys your and your imams interpretation / understanding of the above ayah :
*It’ is clear that the Laws/Commandments coming from Prophet Muhammad are the Hukm/Laws/Commandments of Allah:*
مَا تَعْبُدُونَ مِن دُونِهِ إِلَّا أَسْمَاءً سَمَّيْتُمُوهَا أَنتُمْ وَآبَاؤُكُم مَّا أَنزَلَ اللَّهُ بِهَا مِن سُلْطَانٍ إِنِ الْحُكْمُ إِلَّا لِلَّهِ أَمَرَ أَلَّا تَعْبُدُوا إِلَّا إِيَّاهُ ذَٰلِكَ الدِّينُ الْقَيِّمُ وَلَٰكِنَّ أَكْثَرَ النَّاسِ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ
Instead of Him you do not serve anything except some names which you and your forefathers have given them. God has not sent down any authority for them. “surely the ‘hukm’ (law and rule) is for none but Allah.” he has ordered you to serve Him alone; such is the established deen, even though most men do not realize it. (12:40)

قُلِ اللَّهُ أَعْلَمُ بِمَا لَبِثُوا لَهُ غَيْبُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ أَبْصِرْ بِهِ وَأَسْمِعْ مَا لَهُم مِّن دُونِهِ مِن وَلِيٍّ وَلَا يُشْرِكُ فِي حُكْمِهِ أَحَدًا
Say: Allah knows best how long they remained; to Him are (known) the unseen things of the heavens and the earth; how clear His sight and how clear His hearing! There is none to be a guardian for them besides Him, “He does not make any one his associate in His ‘hukm’ (laws and ruling).” (18:26)
lets read it again :
“He does not make any one his associate in His ‘hukm’ (laws and ruling).”
Hence, the statement “He (Allah) does not associate anyone in his laws” is very clear.
أَفَغَيْرَ اللَّهِ أَبْتَغِي حَكَمًا وَهُوَ الَّذِي أَنزَلَ إِلَيْكُمُ الْكِتَابَ مُفَصَّلًا وَالَّذِينَ
آتَيْنَاهُمُ الْكِتَابَ يَعْلَمُونَ أَنَّهُ مُنَزَّلٌ مِّن رَّبِّكَ بِالْحَقِّ فَلَا تَكُونَنَّ مِنَ
الْمُمْتَرِينَ
*"Then is (it) other than Allah I seek (as) judge, while He (is) the one Who has revealed to you the book explained in detail?"* And those (to) whom We gave them the Book, they know that it (is) sent down from your Lord in truth, So (do) not be among the ones who doubt. (6:114)
وَتَمَّتْ كَلِمَتُ رَبِّكَ صِدْقًا وَعَدْلًا لَّا مُبَدِّلَ لِكَلِمَاتِهِ وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ
*The word of your Lord is perfected in truth and justice.* none can change his words. He is the All Hearing, the All Knowing. (6:115)
وَإِن تُطِعْ أَكْثَرَ مَن فِي الْأَرْضِ يُضِلُّوكَ عَن سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ إِن يَتَّبِعُونَ إِلَّا الظَّنَّ وَإِنْ هُمْ إِلَّا يَخْرُصُونَ
*If you obeyed most of those on earth, they would misguide you from Allah´s way. they follow nothing but conjecture, they are only guessing.* (6:116)
وَقَالَ الَّذِينَ أَشْرَكُوا لَوْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ مَا عَبَدْنَا مِنْ دُونِه ِِ مِنْ شَيْء ٍ نَحْنُ وَلاَ آبَاؤُنَا وَلاَ حَرَّمْنَا مِنْ دُونِه ِِ مِنْ شَيْء ٍ كَذَلِكَ فَعَلَ الَّذِينَ مِنْ قَبْلِهِمْ فَهَلْ عَلَى الرُّسُلِ إِلاَّ الْبَلاَغُ الْمُبِينُ
And those who were polytheists (mushriks) said: "If God had wished, we would not have served a thing other than Him; neither us nor our fathers; nor would we have made unlawful anything other than from Him." Those before them did exactly the same thing; so are the messengers required to do anything except deliver with clarity? (16:35)

[4:64] *WE DID NOT (وَمَا) SEND (أَرْسَلْنَا) ANY (مِنْ) MESSENGER (رَّسُولٍ) BUT / EXCEPT (إِلَّا) TO BE OBEYED (لِيُطَاعَ) IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH (بِإِذْنِ اللَّهِ).* If they would have come to you when they had wronged themselves to seek Allah’s forgiveness and if the Messenger had also asked Allah’s forgiveness for them, they would have found Allah Forgiving, Merciful.

It is not (possible) for any human being unto whom Allah had given the scripture and wisdom and the prophethood that he should afterwards have said unto mankind: serve me instead of Allah; but (what he said was): be ye faithful servants of the Lord by virtue of your constant teaching of the scripture and of your constant study thereof. (3:79)
