I am also a resident in Radiology in my first year of my program. Bro this is so hard in the beginning. Getting ducked over and over again by my attending.
Thank you so much doctor Omar! I’m a fourth year medical students in Saudi, and has been quite interested in DR & IR.. I must be very lucky to stumble upon your channel
Honestly it really depends. A really bad post surgical abdomen CT can be horrible and long to figure out what’s gone and what’s reconnected, so for me I’d say those take the longest. The time spent on a scan can vary a lot, because on call you don’t have the luxury of spending so much time on a scan, so I’d estimate like 15 mins per CT on average, probably 5 mins per CT head. MRIs obviously take longer. Hopefully that helps!
Hello doc, i want to do whole spine screening for my upper back pain withoit doing thoracic spine mri (individual) so can whole spine screeningmri detect all possible spine conditions for my upper back pain or i need to do individually to diagnose my problem, As i wanted to know about sll my spine so i am planning to go whole spine “screening” , but if whole spone screening misses any problem than it will be problem ,so cAn whole spine do its work?

I know it can be discouraging, but the best way to win, is to succeed. Keep your head up and try not to take things personally. You got it!
Thank you so much doctor Omar!

I mean a whole spine scan should be able to see any global issues, it really depends what you have going on and what pathology they are looking for
Omar Daher they are looking for i think tissu injury or disc issue plus muscle?
@@aanandrimal6927 that will be seen on MRI
@@OmarDaher also is it normal to have black horizontal line in xray thoracic spine seen in t1,t2 vertebrae, and other normal?
Lifestyle of interventional radiologist?
