As a huge ATL fan and fan of this song, I've actually never seen this performance. *Nowhere* near Alex's best vocals, though I love what you said about pop punk not getting it's due credit because if you think about it, the themes of partying and love and teenage recklessness are somewhat similar to 80s hard rock/hair metal (which imo is ironically a much less mature era of music haha!). The era between Dear Maria and their 2020 song Monsters with Blackbear, I'd say, contains many of the most underrated pop hooks of the last 30 years. SERIOUSLY, ATL are RIDICULOUS hook monsters and wonderfully technically proficient for a pop punk band! Alex is an incredible vocalist and this video does not do him justice, but it is humbling to hear growth. Juliet Simms is also married to Andy Biersack now!!!

i have loved all time low since 2007 when i heard their song six feet under the stars for the first time. ever since they have been my favorite band. every time they come to my state for a concert, they are one of the only bands that i love that even bother coming to Hawai’i to perform, i go and see them and they’re always so great live. its been 14 years and i still genuinely adore their music. that’s being said, i really love them and i know their music well and i think it would be great if you dove into their discography. like, i’m sure you’d love it
