I think a good change to the Feats would be that you could choose what tier they can be at, and because of that they have a better effectiveness. For example Tough as Nail, if you could choose it to be in Tier 4, then you would have a better effectiveness, the same if you want it for lower levels. I mean it would be interesting to take tier 1 skills to level 4, and level 4 skills to tier 3-1 naturally reducing the effectiveness, and the cooldown, it would be interesting and there would be many more types of gameplay.
Warmonger can run a similar setup, and has the bonus of Aegis + Shields Up on revive for a 30hp shield. In my first slot, i would run Conqueror for an extended buff duration in Breach, and it also helps with capping ramparts.
