    Hi Coach! Quick question. How can I make sure that the actions on the workflow (Send SMS/Email) still works? Like I noticed that the sms and emails are no longer being sent on the workflows I created? Pardon me, I am a newbie and I just wanted to know how you do it. Thank you so much!

    Can I put no instead of cancel or stop? I think cancel and stop add to the fail rate right?

      Keep Text Concise: Stick to under 160 characters for your initial SMS.
      Ensure Sufficient Contacts: Aim for 200 contacts per number.
      Avoid Shortened Links/Emojis: They trigger filtering.
      Avoid any Spam Keywords: Here's list of words to avoid.
      Enable DND Automation: Exclude Do Not Disturb contacts.
      Include Opt-Out Language
      Process Campaigns in Drip: Send gradually.
      Limit SMS Interval: 2 texts per minute per number.
      Use Multiple Templates: At least 3-5 templates per campaign
      Include Sender Information: Alias Company and Alias name

    also how often are you changing your numbers and messages?

      Every 3 months, although we check the phone numbers health every 2 weeks by going to www.robokiller.com/ to see if it's been spammed.
