I’m also confused about what Marks call high waisted as most are not high waisted at all. As for the lengths!! Have I shrunk or are the regulars now really long?
I have the same problem with roll necks and find they can cause irritation. I prefer using a scarf which is easy to remove if necessary. Loved your video
Hi Julie, I wear the jeans and there ok nothing special, love the green patterned blouse it suits you so does the grey cardigan and the navy roll neck jumper looks good a great basic item. Not sure about the dress though, sorry. I had my colours done years ago and so grateful I did it has helped me no end with buying clothes and if I do stray away from the colours I can see straight away they are not for me. My measurements are about the same as yours and I’m 5ft 1 inch but must add I’m a lot older than you 😏 so it’s lovely to see what is flattering on you. I feel the same about the jeans, they don’t look high rise and def. Not boot cut, but they are a good length, like the patterned blouse, and the cardigan, why don’t they put pockets in though, everyone needs a pocket, that roll neck I’d definitely turn under not over at the neckline, but I’d rather have a lower neck as I feel a bit claustrophobic if too tight. Good video, off now to catch up on the others.x
I believe those ties at the waist are supposed to be tied either in the back,or front,I thought you would realize that when you pulled the one out.I really don’t think you should think of yourself as a big person,you’re an American size 12,and American average size is now a 16.I am an American 22-24,a UK 26-28 that’s a big person.Those jeans were not high rise, or boot cut,maybe miss labeled.
No they weren’t long enough to be tied at the back or the front. I double checked on the web site and the jeans were definitely supposed to be high rise and boot cut 🤷♀️ Thanks I guess I’m curvy and pretty average for the uk. Thanks for watching x
To be honest I only liked the grey cardigan. The patterned shirt was just ok and the rest wasn’t good at all. I think you’d be better with a turtle neck rather than a roll neck, not as annoying and I thought the quality of the jumper wasn’t very good. I recently bought a roll neck from H&M which looked much better and was only £12.99. The dress looked like it overwhelmed you, too much going on, I always feel that if you don’t love a garment immediately, it’s a no. If you have to alter it or need to keep pulling it around, you won’t wear it. I’m surprised by your colour theory results, I’m no expert but with your red hair I thought you would look lovely in warm autumn colours.
Sorry for being pedantic…( really 🙂 ) but M&S is a British Company in Britain.. in Britain it’s Autumn not Fall ..🤷♀️let’s keep our own identity.. as it seems to be being eroded by American customs. 🤷♀️but enjoyed watching the haul..xx
Glad you enjoyed it. I agree but sometimes when making videos for an international platform like TH-cam , in order to attract more viewers and views we do need to use certain key words. I would never use the word Fall in everyday speech but just for the purposes of TH-cam alga rhythms

I only kept the grey cardigan. My natural colour is a dark ashy blonde which I’m planning to go back to. I agree if you don’t love it don’t keep it x
