Ans 1: morning :copperpeptide+ niacinamide for marks,excess sebum and ageing reduction.
2.morning:vit c if suits + after 15 mins copperpeptide as both shouldn't cancel out eachother+ moisturizer+ sunscreen.
3.Night routine: upto 4 times a week retinol /tretanoid+ alpha arbutin arbutin+ kojic acid moisturizer by Dr sheath for melasma.
4.retinol ideally should be 0.4 to 0.6 .other 2 nights : niacinamide serum+ kojivit/kojicare+regular moisturizer.and 1 night exfoliation with glycolic acid+ Niacinamide serum+ moisturizer/ Niacinamide+ cream+ moisturizer.
5. If skin producing excessive oil then use a toner.
Q1. No, we don't layer retinol with copper peptide. We can layer retinol with multi peptide (minimalist, the Ordinary) / matrixyl 10 + ha and Arginine peptides

M 40 already ... melasma was seen on my forehead 4 years back and since I am in dubai and a housewife and I don't go out in sun often .... melasma on forehead has reduced and I have less wrinkles seen around my eyes
I used retinol for 1and half year now and it's been a week I have switched to tretinion .... I have put tretinion only once dis week ... coming week ill apply it twice ....I was thinking of using peptide and glycolic acid and naicenamide and kojic acid as per ur video .... just wanted to know if I have to apply does even if I have no visible wrinkle and less dark spots on my skin for future benefits.... as per my thought I think I should start wid ur skin care routine so that it will prevent further melasma and wrinkles😮
I am using vitamin c moisturiser and tinted suncreen while staying home also.... my forehead gets so dry and stretchy.... at night I use rise water , snail mucin and moisturiser....
