- Jhamakda is a folk dance of Kangra in Himachal Pradesh. It is exclusively performed by women. It features percussion instruments and songs. This performance took place at the Surajkund Crafts Mela in Haryana in February 2020.

@@HeLLoWoRLD099 see the book and research work of Jagmohan Balokhra ( Himachal the Wonderland). U can see cultural similarities and worshipping patterns which are way more similar. In lower Himachal people worship the epic Guga Jahar Veer, we can trace the history of this Idol in Rajsthan. And it's mentioned in the folk of Himachal. People use to migrate for trade, in the situation of war etc.
