Hi Taco, I worked in IT and our servers were in server racks and that looks like a Hewlett-Packard server rack, which is expensive. So I am thinking someone had some computer servers in personal data center probably in their basement. Great find, please keep taking us on your scrapping adventures, rummage sales, auctions, flea market, house clean outs and other adventures we love the knowledge, jokes and bantering with other individuals. The big grey computer box, we have one at work, different brand but same thing. The company mainframe for the mill is in it along with power backup units. Somewhat obsolete for most people anymore with remote backup now. Our mill is old and when updated, it to will be gone. 👍👍

Quadruple plate = 19th century silverplate. Not worth much any more, but sometimes you get lucky and it's silver over copper instead of "white metal". Moving that big hunk...dude. the next time you find portable equipment ramps in the trash, keep 'em! Roll lawn mowers and slide big heavy whatsits up the ramps and save your back.

Hope they pay better by you , in chicago price went back down to 5 cents a pound . Wire is 60 cents a pound , got lucky with 380 lbs of wire in a storage unit on the weekend .
Not a bad day for trash picking, overall. Maybe you should just film some of the work you have to do around the house. Just do an over voice thing or just recap everything at the end. You clearly have fans that will watch anything you do, so it might be worth a shot. Either way, take care of that back - theroretically, it's your moneymaker. (and need I remind you, you're not getting any younger)😏
Your garbage complainer should live in Olympia, Wash. We pay garbage by the size of the can the city provides. It is picked up every other week so garbage is stinking in the summer with a two week wait! They suggested freezing it! The other is recycling picked up every other week and that is now pretty much paper, cans. And recyclable plastics. Plus, we pay a lot!

Those HP servers racks sell for 400 to 600 used. Server rack is basically one computer with 40 to 60 hard drive
