Queen Letizia was just expalining how things must be, to all of them. Queen Letizia wanted an equal treatment for her two daughters. Since this is Infanta Sofia's confirmation, she is the protagonist, and she must stand next to King Felipe, and Doña Sofia must always stand next to the protagonist of the occassion. So, Queen Letizia explained it to them. She did not hurt anyone.
Somehow, we can see that Doña Sofia has a favoritism between her two granddaughtes, Doña Sofia always wants to be with Princess Leonor to pose for photos. Doña Sofia shows little affection to Infanta Sofia. Doña Sofia must adore and love the two girls equally. And I think that is what Queen Letizia wanted. That Infanta Sofia must also have an equal treatment and love.

No matter what I was taught to respect my elders but one can’t help but to think what goes on between mother and daughter in law behind closed doors. Maybe Queen Sophia over step boundaries and Litizia as a mother is just not having it. Seems like she waits until they all get in public to over step boundaries as well to make the other party look bad. Either way it’s sad all around but I see right through Sophia 🤷🏼♀️ seems like no matter what she wants to be number 1 and unfortunately she is not the queen anymore. I’ve done a lot of research on how former queen consorts act once they’re no longer reigning and you’ll be surprised!! They tend to still want all the precedence over the new consorts.
