Thank you so much i have successfully completed this challenge. I had watched a different video but the step to click on the panel was not specified so I could not find the "upgrade now pop up" but with you video you specified where to click.
You can start again from the setup, object manager, then select the Case object... Double-check if your page with the additional section has the priority filter or not. Maybe you forgot to save it.

At the 1:31 mark, you say “click on the edit tab over here” but we can’t see where you clicked. I just clicked in the top panel of the page layout (my org shows a Case highlight panel) and it activated the right side panel shown in the video. That displayed the “Upgrade to Dynamic Actions” box and allowed me to complete the challenge.

Yes please, create a new playground by clicking on three dots followed by create playground.
