Great Video Bro, only one question. I didn't understand one thing. Why did you transparent the background. you could have done without that as well as we created the mask on the top of that image. you are just blurring the background, what difference it make after making it transparent.

Just one thing which i can't figure out.
How did you make the layer mask colour black from white at the point when you selected the curves and then selected the selection.
You did something there which i really can't decipher and it's a major step in the whole process.
So can you help me out on this?
i agree! that's where i'm stuck. I think he did a quick key that he never added in. would be nice if he replied with the answer! i think he did an "invert" somehow
actually yeah i just tried that (CNTRL + i) on windows. and it did it!! "invert layer mask"
After using refine tool and creating a copy of background layer i am not able to use the expand option can u help me with it

Hello I am more interested in bringing out I nearly invisible entity in trees? Would you have any hints for me in that regard? I've used a lot of different programs all of them free it seems Photoshop is pretty intricate but I only have a trial version. Trust me when I tell you that I can see them I cannot make out their entire shape but they have several traits in common which is they have faces, more than one, and they move after being sentenced photographed observed or when I shine a laser on them.
I keep following these blur videos, step by step, and my pictures background never changes when I go to adjust in the background layer after clicking on "Filter" then "Tilt shift", etc. Any advice?

After applying the paint how did you get the cropping tool up to make it bigger?

seriosuly bro ! it would be really helpful if at least there was some kind of subtitle. It is very difficult to follow you at times. For example , how do you enlarge the orange and blue patches we create towards the end. :S /

Here's a great photo editing tutorial that you can check out: HootPhoto.info
Press Ctrl+t to transform. You can hold Shift to mantain proportions, and Shift + Alt to transform from the center point. You can also move the center point around to transform the photo from a fixed point without having to move it continuously, but that's more advanced.
Why would you want to? It looks terrible!
In 2:01 where you select the mask layer and you automatically gets all the selected area of wand tool. I cant do it. it only select the layer not the selected area of want tool. (the girl)
