Beso, I wonder if there were some inconsistencies there, iirc deku needed to go beyond 100% to beat muscular but barely broke a sweat now. I think he's currently using about 20% right?
@dashingkevs3295 as stated before, when he uses One for all, it's at 30%, while right before the moment of impact against the enemy, he brings it up to 45%
