I'm the roughly same age as you, I also love love love books and have basically the same bookshelf as you and Rach, and my mother also passed away when I was young, 14. She also loved Mamma Mia, inspired by her love for ABBA. I've not been able to bring myself to watch Mamma Mia since her passing, but this vlog honestly has given the push I've needed, knowing it's a shared experience of joy, it's a happy movie, I don't feel like I should associate it with grief anymore. As for the mail in Greek islands 🥲 lol - sooo typically if it is a smaller island or village, everyone’s mail is usually delivered at the village cafe/grocery store/or taverna, and then the locals know(and learn from others) that their bills are delivered or they have mail in general and they go pick them up! In bigger villages the mail-people may deliver to your door, but especially during summer and especially on smaller villages/islands it typically goes like that lol

Just so happy for you guys! My hubby Sam proposed to me in Thailand after backpacking for 6 months. 11 years later and we have 2 kids and are as happy as ever. We are so glad we travelled together as when you are in it with little bubbas and nappies for days you can reminisce on all of your adventures together. Enjoy the engagement bubble, it’s just the happiest time.
