I walked away from a house I was in contract on because the seller isn't realizing how much more the house costs now. They are thinking it's 2021 still.
I'm surprised Danille is self managing a property and made a 20% down payment on a recent deal. I guess every deal is different and flexibility is needed to ensure proper cash flow.
I enjoy listening and watching your videos but the typing in the back ground is very distracting.

I don’t see the issue with interest only?
I got a DSCR loan last year at 5.5% rate.
10 years interest only, then 30 years fixed. Allows me to cash flow
