Pneumatic Counting and Packaging Machine

The Pneumatic Counting and Packaging Machine uses vibrating bowls, a conveyor and dual counting method to count and package screws, nuts, fasteners, hardware, and small accessories. The vibrating bowls are sorted according to the weight of the product with larger items being placed further back on the conveyor system to prevent damage. This system can use two counting methods; a tracking counting method is used for higher speed and is better suited for single or products that are the same type, a fiber light counting method is used for a wider variety of products and is easily operated and set up on the touch screen.
