I've found that separating, distinguishing intuition from our past trauma is problematic. What I have discovered from personal experience is that if we do not bring awareness to our trauma and work on healing it, we will almost certainly create/manifest from it. I wonder if this is what the psychoanalyst Carl Jung meant when he said- and I'm paraphrasing- that if we don't make the unconscious conscious, it will direct our lives and we will call it fate. An example of this, is when we are raised by a narcissistic parent and then we are unconsciously drawn to narcissists in adulthood. Trauma also can cause us to believe we don't deserve anything good in our lives. Once again, I have seen this belief play out in people's lives to their detriment. We all know of someone whose life seems to be characterized by leaping from crisis to crisis. It's certainly a complex topic.
I love this, Lauren! You sure hit the nail on the head! It does go both ways. I tend toward not listening to the negative intuition, but I have done the opposite, too. Thank you! 😊
I was scared that my intuition told me my ex-friend is super toxic because he looks charming on the surface. But now I'm so glad to have followed my intuition. 😁😅😊
Excellent topic. Not many people talk about this, and I find that it has been a profound factor in my life. I learned to ignore my intuition long ago and I constantly tied myself to logic only. Yet time after time my intuition has proven to be true, but I have to learn it the hard way and only in retrospect. It is very hard for me to be sensitive to my intuition now at age 64.
I realize that intuition disconnect with body often. For example, yesterday I made a decision about something that I thought I was okay with but spent the rest of the day with tension in my chest. I wondered why and I ended up changing my mind on that think and woke up today without the discomfort. My body knew the answer was no to the question that I answered yes to but I ignored it. Or how, I don't notice cognitively when I've spent too much time alone/am becoming lonely but my body does. I randomly get irritable, tense and experience muscle aches or unprompted anxiety and socializing fixes it
This can also happen with a family member that we can tell that they are intuitives, INFJ or not, and they develop this habit of telling us what might happen to us in the future, usually not a good thing and we get angry about the intuition, we feel invaded and it becomes worse when we know deep down that we also felt the same thing could happen.
Intuition will give you a small phrase with no explanation why, what to do,how to do it, or anything just do it and wing it all the way is when it works out best usually
well, you can take the personality tests online. If you do so, ensure to take them more than once, like different tests, to be 90% sure of what personality type you are.

You are so right....
Its because we often get misunderstood. .😅😅. . that's why we get to reality and take it step by step for them. .
Very good video!

Hm, when you grow up in a family built under the guise of 'trust' and your intuition goes against that its really hard to trust what you feel
I just lost a good friend because of this. :(
Yeah when your intuition is raising all kinds of red flags about someone, heed it, is it worth investigating?, go elsewhere if possible.
My intuition tells me I'm going to end up alone, wtf is this? I hate it, how am I supposed to accept this?
How do yk which personality type r u?
