9:21 I'm in love with this guy by the end of the video, his mannerisms and the way he answered questions is so polite, even the way he tried to hold the microphone
It is such a complicated topic with so many components, but I think metabolism, how much walking Koreans do compared to some other nations, and portions sizes(!) are huge factors. Just as an example, when Koreans usually go out as a couple or in a group, they will each order coffees and then usually split a piece of cake or dessert. Where as in Europe or Canada, as I grew up seeing, is everyone will have a dessert EACH.
I was in Korea last month and after watching the video on "Why are Korean men Taller than other Asians" I was kinda left underwhelmed. While it's true that I did see some people over 5'10 prob max 6'0 - which was rare, the vast majority of Korean guys that I saw on the streets and on the trains were all like 5'6 to 5'9. There weren't that many tall people. I was in Seoul btw...
Korea really isn't fashionable though, it's trendy. Most of the brands that people are wearing in Seoul that are considered 'fashionable' are international. From Europe, US, or Japan. A lot of the local Korean fashion brands are somewhat low quality and hey seem to focus only on fast fashion, unless you shop for some boutique items which there aren't that many of. Also for some weird reason when I was walking on the streets of Seoul, I found that National Geographic branded items, which looked kind of tacky, were very popular.
usually korean breads are flavored, they can be savory or sweet depending on the fillings and toppings. london bagel museum is super popular in korea and there are a bunch of videos about it on ytb, that's the kind of bread they are talking about.
@@settingsun472 thats interesting thanks. I live in London and it's nice to see a British twist on a cafe, although it doesn't really fit because bagels are not very British - more of a New York thing. When bagels are filled they are like sandwiches, so we would not call that eating 'bread' for dinner. The bread is part of the sandwich.
ㄱ.ㅅ. for your videos. I’m surprised nobody clearly mentions seafood (like weeds, shells, wild fish and so on). Since the Korean peninsula benefits from a lot of coastal space there out to be much oceanic ressources to enjoy…?
I want to request : Interview with korean public about military duty. How thear view about this in now era. Because many country has deleted this rule for thear public.
I m certified fittness trainer according to male 15-20 is healthy fats percentage and female 25-30 is ok Korean actress unhealthy fat percentage not is muscle they don't doing any strength over-all fittness means strength flexibility agility endurance everything matters
Here's a truth I learned: they aren't like us State side, less processed food, next to no corn syrup, and plenty of fresh fruit for snacks, breakfast and desert. Of course not everyone there is small but the majority - especially the youth like shown in this video? Totally. When I was last there visiting I had a sudden craving for pancakes, lucky for me there was a restaurant at a hotel near by but next to no actual restaurants near the home i was staying at. LOL 😎
We didn't get from the video why they're slim unfortunately 😔 😕. And I wonder what an insulin resistant person will eat in Korean, when they only eat sweet food, rice and ramen

As a Korean, I eat chicken breast and rice for my diet, but it always ends up being more like bulking 😂

Nothing issue it will muscle bulking not fat bulking because you should consume protein and carb good combination athletic physique is best

I stg SK has to be in the top 5 most fashionable nations lol. even seeing Korean tourists in places like Canada they’re always completely dripped out
it’s because this channel uses a modeling network; these aren’t random people off the street
@ ok it doesnt change koreans being fashionable though

Hello from Bucharest, Romania - a huge underrated city in Europe:)
her hat is so cute
I don't really understand it when they say 'I eat bread'. Just dry bread? Same with Chicken breast and rice. Are there some sauces involved?
Combination of protein healthy fat and carb rice , chicken breast is good option

I know that Koreans like to walk everywhere. But for me I consider it a workout if I walk to the fridge twice in one hour.
Yes, thanks for posting 😊
