Thank you Granger on your thoughts about grieving. I have lost 7 family members and 5 best friends in just the past 3 years ! You are right the first anniversary of their passing is definitely the most emotional one ....but I have faith in the lord we will all be reunited again ! Bless you and your beautiful family !🙏🦋

I can relate, right now is the time to live life to the fullest, the human experience is limited & gets more difficult or easier on a daily basis but one thing we always have is connecting with other people and being able to genuinely relate in a loving way. I’ve just let go of the past & made acceptance of all the things I’ve experienced and just focus on moving positively forward & self love is important or course. We are all in this experience together 💯

Another great podcast Granger. I will admit there are somethings I would like to tell the lady who moved into the boyfriends house that he shared with ex but felt like I was writing a book. Looking forward to the show in Roanoke VA next month.

Granger Thank you for your advice on sadness and loss. Ive lost my mother to cancer, my father also has cancer now. I know its tough but faith and looking for pleasant memories or remembering what they did for you helps with the pain .You never forget them and they live on in you when you think of what theyve done for you

I just had to pause for a min. You are on the first question and it sooo resonates with me. I am 44 years old and (to make a long story short) going back to church. I am trying to get my teenage boys interested. I think that the way you’re phrasing in may make a difference. Thank you so much for spreading your faith 💜 God Bless

I am a 67 year old grandma, and I have just discovered the Smith Channel. I love you guys! You have an incredible family, Granger. You have no idea how you and your family have uplifted me from a terrible depression. However, I can find no recent Smith family vlogs. Do you guys still do vlogs? Thanks so much!! I love you, Smith family!!

My mom passed away on Christmas this year. My mom had a rough life, she deserved much more than what she was handed. I have very hard feelings towards my family, for the way she had been “raised” and then towards my siblings for all leaving the hospital after my mom continued to breathe on her own when I had to make the decision to pull the life support, so I had to sit alone and wait for mom to be sent home. I truly don’t think I’ll ever be able to overcome this anger. I want to. But my momma deserved better. Am I in the wrong for feeling this way? Or how do I go about fixing my mindset towards my family.

Prayers. Everyone handles the losses differently. I had 3, THREE, deaths on the same Sunday of some important family member, a family I never met, and my best Friend's Mom. It was a rough day! Your anger should be used as a tool to build, not destroy. It's hard. Just a thought. Love the memories, take care of yourself and the important relationships, so, your relationship with a God like mind, Jesus Christ in your Heart, and harvesting your Holly Spirit.

I have had a few different near death experiences & the last one I had really impacted my perspective on life altogether. I was addicted to Fentanyl & any drug that was readily available & I was a walking trash can filled with narcotics. When I OD’ed after going from treatment for 45 days- stopped cold turkey then after I went to a sober house & I had lived there for about 6-7 months when I OD’ed. I went to a new sober house about 9 months after being at the first one & I was at the second place for 4-6 months until they kicked me out for Delta 8…I ended up unconscious without my knowing until I woke up & I was alive again & started to realize what happened & what is really the reason I do that to myself? Self love is key in sobriety you gotta love yourself & people around you & I developed healthy coping mechanisms but I’m
Still not perfect by any stretch the whole universe is flawed but there’s always a balance of good & bad sometimes we tend to ponder on the bad rather than to be grateful for the things that are good. Most people aren’t fortunate & have had much worse lives than I have although I have MANY struggles but I am still on my mission of self improvement & staying sober away from toxic chemicals & now I have more control of my internal voice more than I used to before the whole transition/ situation went on
