- ASMR unboxing art supplies, no talking. I'm unboxing and testing out the contents of a Crelando charcoal set from Lidl. The video includes tapping, cardboard and plastic wrapping sounds, sounds of a wooden box, pencil sounds, pencil erasing and sharpening sounds. I'm showing you the items as I take them out of the box one by one and testing on the paper pad that came with the set.

What is ASMR? Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR) is a euphoric experience characterized by a static-like or tingling sensation on the skin that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine, precipitating relaxation. ASMR is most commonly triggered by specific acoustic and visual stimuli including the content of some digital videos.
If you have problems falling asleep, watching ASMR videos might help you fall asleep. Or if you feel stressed, they could help you relax. For some people ASMR is triggered by ambient sounds and watching people work quietly.
